The Q2 2025 release of the Global IRR Index release monitors 411 closed end funds across vintages from pre-2001 to 2022. The IRR for the 2022 vintage year improved the most, from 2.10% to 6.84%, in Q2 2025.
The IRR Quarterly Index Q2 2025 features 74 closed-end funds across vintages from pre-2005 to 2022. The IRR Index measures performance of value-added and opportunistic non-listed closed end funds investing in Asia Pacific.
The GREFI All Funds Index was positive for the fourth consecutive quarter in Q2 2025, delivering total returns of 1.01%, up 7 bps from 0.94% posted in Q1. This publication features 436 funds with a total GAV of USD 903.64 billion.
Performance of Asia Pacific funds remained positive in Q2 2025, delivering a total return of 1.91%. The Q2 2025 sample of the ANREV Quarterly Index includes 79 funds with a total GAV of US$142.8 billion.

The ANREV Australia Farmland Index provides financial performance of 58 different properties of market value over AUD 2.08 billion in farmland.
The Global ODCE reported a net total return of 2.17% in Q2 2025. The tenth edition of the index consists of 48 funds with a combined gross asset value of US$ 347.3 billion.
