The ANREV Australia Core Open End Fund Monthly Index (ACOE) saw a total return of 0.27% in February 2024. The ACOE includes 17 funds with a total GAV of AUD 119.11 billion.
ANREV, INREV and NCREIF present the fourth edition of the Global ODCE Fund Consultation Index, consisting of 49 funds with a combined total gross asset value of US$ 365.2 billion. The index posted a net total return of -1.81% in Q4 2023, marking the sixth consecutive quarter of negative performance.

The Q4 2023 ANREV ODCE (Open End Diversified Core Equity) Fund Index results were released on 28 February 2024 and showed a net total return of 3.83%. This marks the first quarter of positive returns following three consecutive quarters of negative returns.
The ANREV Australia Core Open End Fund Monthly Index (ACOE) saw a total return of 0.25% in January 2024. The ACOE includes 17 funds with a total GAV of AUD 118.71 billion.
The ACOE Index also reports data on geographic allocation by sector.

The Q3 2023 ANREV ODCE Asset Level Performance Consultation Report posted a total return of 0.34%, comprised of -0.70% capital growth and 1.04% income return. The report measures the asset level returns of 221 investments owned by 8 ODCE funds.
The eighteen gross return report shows a 3-month total gross return of -3.14% for the period between October and December 2023.
The sixteenth consultation release of the Global IRR Index includes 381 closed-end funds with non-core strategies, comprising of 333 value added and 48 opportunistic funds.
The IRR Quarterly Index Q3 2023 features 70 closed-end funds across vintages from pre-2005 to 2018. The IRR Index measures performance of value added and opportunistic non-listed closed end funds investing in Asia Pacific.
The GREFI All Funds Index delivered a local currency total return of -1.37% in Q3 2023, slightly improving on the Q2 returns of -1.87%. This publication features 434 funds with a total GAV of USD 926.80 billion.
