The members of the Management Board (MB), the majority of whom are institutional investors, set the strategic direction of the Association and have delegated day-to-day management to the Executive Committee (EC). The MB is regularly advised on strategic direction by the Investor Advisory Board.

Stephen Tross joined Bouwinvest as COO International Investments in 2009.
As per January 1st, 2010 he was appointed Chief Investment Officer - International Investments and subsequently joined the Management Board of Bouwinvest.
He has over twenty years of experience in the international real estate industry. Previously, he was a Director at KPMG responsible for KPMG's real estate audit practice in The Netherlands and held several positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers in The Netherlands, the U.K. and the U.S. Stephen also serves on the Management Board of ANREV, the Asian Association for Investors in non-listed real estate vehicles, and on the Board of Directors of AFIRE, the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate with main focus on the US.
He is a certified public accountant in the Netherlands and a professional member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Ms. Ng serves as Chief Investment Officer, Asia, and is responsible for developing investment and fund strategies for the Hines Asia Pacific (APAC) Region and Eurasian Region for India, while also providing additional coverage for Asian investors to access global opportunities and supporting the overall investment activity of the firm. She is a member of Hines’ Executive and Investment Committees. Based in our Singapore office, Ng brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate private equity space spearheading investments and coverage across APAC.
Before joining the firm in 2021, Ng served as the CEO and Chief Investment Officer for M&G Real Estate’s Asia business, and she worked in the real estate private equity division of Goldman Sachs where she oversaw the division’s expansion into China and was responsible for investments and coverage across Asia Pacific.
Ng is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese.

Andrew is Regional Senior Partner of KPMG in Hong Kong and Vice Chairman of KPMG China. He has over 30 years' experience servicing listed companies, public bodies, investment funds and MNCs in Hong Kong, China, Asia and internationally. He has a keen interest in corporate governance, board leadership and business in the community and leads the quarterly KPMG Independent Non-Executive Directors Forum.
Andrew is a Fellow of ICAEW and HKICPA and is a Fellow and Council Member of the Institute of Directors. He is a regular speaker at forums, universities and business schools on governance and business issues.
Andrew has had a number of senior national, global and regional roles with KPMG. He is currently the Global Chairman of Asset Management and Real Estate, and ASPAC Chairman of Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare, which also includes the real estate, hospitality and transport sectors. Andrew also sits on the Global Client Advisory Board and is the Chair of the Audit Management Board. Andrew is in the global leadership team of KPMG’s Belt & Road Centre of Excellence and chairs the UK -China corridor leading efforts in establishing greater linkages between Chinese, UK and International business and investment partners. Andrew previously was Head of Capital Markets at KPMG China and Asset Management in Asia Pacific.
Andrew was appointed by the HKSAR Government as a council member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and to sit on the Greater Bay Belt and Road Committee and chair the Global Belt and Road Forum. Andrew was appointed by the HKSAR Government as a director of the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) and chairs its Governance Committee and sits on the FSDC Policy Research Committee. He previously chaired the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and sits on the advisory panels of the Securities Institute, Hong Kong Investor Relations Association and Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Andrew is Chairman of Pacific Basin Economic Council and Plan International and Deputy Chairman of UNESCAP on Financial Services. He is a director of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association, ANREV and Community Business. He was previously Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and of Community Business Leadership Council as well as a member of the International Business Council.
Andrew was made an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2017 for his contribution to trade and investment links between Hong Kong, China and the UK and was awarded Director of the Year by the Institute of Directors for his services to the NGO sector. He is a Justice of the Peace. He has an honours degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Economic Development.

Graham is based in Singapore and is responsible for managing GRE - APAC's platform and executing the regional strategy, investing and managing real estate and engaging with clients across the region. He also provides an APAC perspective into the overall global strategy. Graham is a member of the GRE Management Committee.
Prior to this, Graham was the regional head of GRE's Multi-Manager (GMM) team in APAC, where he was responsible for investment in multiple real estate funds across the Asia Pacific region. In addition, Graham was involved in the marketing of GMM products and services to the client base in the APAC region.
Prior to joining UBS in 2008, Graham was a Financial Analyst at AXA REIM Japan (2006-2008), where he helped establish AXA REIM's operation in Japan and was responsible for investing in both direct and indirect Japanese real estate and developing client relationships. Before that, Graham was an Analyst at AXA REIM London (2003-2006), where he was part of a team which launched, invested and managed the first London listed pan-European real estate company. Graham also worked at AXA IM Paris (2002-2003) where he was involved in capital raising for a variety of asset classes.
Graham sits on the Management Board and the Executive Board of ANREV, where he is also the Chairman of the Investor Advisory Board. In addition, Graham is a CFA Charterholder.

Willem de Geus is the Co-Founder and Partner of Proprium Capital Partners, LLC (“Proprium”) and more recently named Senior Advisor to Proprium in 2022. Founded in 2012, Proprium is a privately held Real Estate focused principal investing firm with a combined net asset value of approximately $2 Billion.
Prior to launching Proprium, Willem held various roles at Morgan Stanley for 16 years. Based in Singapore, Willem was Managing Director and Global & Asian Portfolio Manager of Morgan Stanley's Real Estate Special Situations Funds. Based in London, Willem was Managing Director and Global Portfolio Manager of Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Special Situations Funds as well as Executive Director in Investment Banking and European Global Co-Head of the Private Capital Markets Group for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Investment Banking. Based in Amsterdam, Willem was Portfolio Manager of European Real Estate Securities.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Willem worked in the international Real Estate department of the Dutch Metalworkers Pension fund (MN Services) from August 1993 to December 1997.
Willem graduated from the Radboud University of Nijmegen in 1991 with a Drs in City Planning with a specialization in Real Estate. Willem also received a MSc. in Real Estate and Finance from Pennsylvania State University in 1993 and became a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) in 1999.
Willem currently sits as Chairman of the supervisory board of the listed real estate investment trust NSI in the Netherlands; he is a Co-Founder, former Chairman and current Board member of ANREV (Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles); he was a founding and Executive Board Member of INREV (European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles) and was awarded an honorary membership in December 2010; he was a founding member of EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) and Co-Chairman of the Index Committee.

Guy is currently Managing Director, Real Estate Investments at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Asia Inc. (CPPIB), responsible for the acquisition of real estate investments for the fund across Asia, with a specific focus on Greater China. Since joining CPPIB in 2009 Guy has overseen the growth of the China portfolio to its current equity exposure of over USD3 billion. CPPIB currently has over USD 45 billion invested in property globally of which over USD 10 billion is invested in Asia.
Before joining CPPIB, Guy was Vice President and Chief Representative of Citi Property Investors (CPI) China based in Shanghai. Guy joined CPI in February 2005 and successfully completed over USD 500 million of commercial and residential transactions by asset value in Greater China. In addition to his role in acquisitions, Guy was also actively involved in asset management and was responsible for investor relations for CPI's Asia Fund, which totalled USD 1.3 billion of commitments.
Prior to joining CPI, Guy worked in the Corporate Finance department of Citigroup both in Hong Kong and Moscow, Russia and was also previously a Managing Director of Savills China for five years, establishing the company's presence in Shanghai. He holds a MBA from New York University and a MA in Chinese from Oxford University.

Mr. Lee Sean K.(Seung Kul) is a Managing Director and global head of real estate group in KIC. Before that, he was heading Asia RE & Infra investment and based in Singapore for almost 4 years. He mediated the investment allocation of RE & Infra portfolio and executes global real estate deals directly and indirectly before he moved to Singapore. He was also in charge of strategic asset allocation and risk budgeting as a director, and senior portfolio manager on fixed income investments.
Mr. Lee has over 23 years of investment experience. Prior to join the KIC, he worked as head of product development team for IBK - Societe Generale asset management for 5 years. At that period, he initiated and launched various overseas products such as Market neutral strategy, India Infrastructure and Gold Mining equity fund. He also fulfilled Investment bank experience in Samsung before he moved to asset management territory.
Mr. Lee earned his LL.B. degree from Sungkyunkwan University in Korea, and two Master’s degree focused on finance in Broad Graduate school of Management, Michigan State University and real estate in National University of Singapore.

Nicholas Loup is Chief Executive Officer of Chelsfield Asia and Group Vice Chairman. Chelsfield is a leading real estate development group focused on the principal cities of Europe, Asia and the U.S. Since 1986 the business has constantly evolved to encompass and develop emerging market practices.
Nick is a General Committee member of the British Chamber of Commerce and a director of the Spinal Cord Injury Fund. He is also Chairman of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles Limited (ANREV), of which he is a founder member; Vice Chairman of the Council of China's Foreign Trade. In 2014 he became President of the MIPIM Asia Awards Jury.
Nick was Chief Executive of Grosvenor Asia Pacific with offices in Hong Kong, and a member of the Group Executive Committee and Group Board. He established operations in Asia Pacific in 1994 in Hong Kong; the company now has further offices in Tokyo and Shanghai. Previously, Nick has been a director of Asia Standard International and a non-executive director at Bridge Capital Delhi and PCD a department store business in China. He has also been a member of the World Economic Forum's Fiscal Sustainability Global Agenda Council (GAC) and on the Asia Acquisition Committee of the Tate. Prior to arriving in Asia, Nick was a director of Trafalgar House Developments, with responsibility for developments in London's West End.

Esther is responsible for GIC Real Estate's investments in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. Over her 15 years in GIC Real Estate, she has been involved in investments and asset management across Asia markets such as Australia, China, India, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Esther holds a Diplom Kauffrau from Ludwig-Maximilians Universitaet in Munich, Germany and a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University in the USA.

Dr Megan Walters is Global head of research at PIMCO Premier Real Estate. Prior to this Dr Walters led a team of 170 researchers at JLL as head of research Asia Pacific and was member of the leadership board at JLL Asia Pacific. Before pursuing research, Dr Walters worked for a real estate investment firm, a development company on PFI deals for schools and hospitals, a hotels firm and as an academic.
Dr Walters is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, she has a PhD in real estate economics from University of Hong Kong, and degrees from the University of Reading. She currently serves as a Global Governing Trustee of ULI, and sits on the ANREV research committee and on the Asia Pacific board of the RICS.
