close01Charles HaaseChief Executive
Charles Haase is Chief Executive of ANREV, the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles. ANREV is a member driven non-profit organization producing research and indices relevant to the private real estate industry in Asia Pacific, and promoting improved transparency and best practices across the region.
Prior to joining ANREV, Charlie had experience on both sides of the investment table, working for Aetos Japan and Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation in Tokyo, and for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System in the United States. Prior to joining CalSTRS, Charlie was on the Economics faculty of San Francisco State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Samantha Lee is the Senior Manager of ANREV. She has been working with the association since May 2012. Samantha is responsible for the day to day operations of the office, including finance, HR and administration. Prior to joining ANREV, Samantha worked at Cohn & Wolfe Impactasia.

close01Amelie DelaunaySenior Director, Research & Professional Standards
Amélie Delaunay is the Director of Research and Professional Standards for ANREV, the Asian association for investors in non-listed real estate vehicles where she leads a team of five, responsible for the development and implementation of ANREV’s Research, Market information and Professional Standards programmes in Asia Pacific, including ANREV indices, global surveys and promotion of best practices for the industry.
Amélie has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong real estate consulting background initially with Ernst & Young. She has been based in Asia for more than 16 years.
Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she was awarded a post graduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning and Real Estate, Amélie also has an Advanced Master's Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Amélie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Daisy Huang is the Director of Performance Measurement & Analytics in ANREV, responsible for fund performance measurement, indices development & implementation. She has over 15 years’ experience in many aspects of the real estate investment industry, including financial modelling, negotiation, due diligence to acquisition completion, post completion investment management, bank financing, currency hedging, portfolio budgeting and performance forecast, investor reporting etc.
Prior to joining ANREV, Ms. Huang worked in Citic Capital & Goodman. She holds a Master of Economics degree from the University of Hong Kong.

close01TAN Cheng WeeAssociate Director, Research and Professional Standards
Tan Cheng Wee is the Associate Director of Research and Professional Standards for ANREV. Prior to joining ANREV, Cheng Wee has over 15 years in the real estate industry across sell-side and buy-side roles covering listed real estate securities, private equity real estate funds and transaction management. Cheng Wee was responsible for the pre-deal research and marketing of many Asian real estate related initial public offerings via global roadshows.
Cheng Wee graduated with a Master’s in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University, and an Honours Degree in Real Estate from National University of Singapore. Cheng Wee is also a CAIA charter holder.

Sebastian Ramirez is Senior Research and Professional Standards Analyst. He is responsible for overseeing the production of ANREV’s evergreen surveys.
Sebastian earned his BBA from the University of Bradford and an MSc Real Estate from University College London.

Justin Wong serves as a Senior Index Analyst in ANREV and is responsible for the production and development of the real estate fund indices. Prior to joining ANREV in 2021, he has worked in Ove Arup as an electrical engineer and Sun Hung Kai as an investment assistant in their strategic investment team. He has experience in financial modelling, APAC real estate research and analysis, and automation coding.
Currently, he is an MBA candidate of the University of Hong Kong and a candidate for CFA Level 3. He is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and holds a BSE in Engineering Science.

close01Danielle KoSenior Director, Events
Danielle Ko is the Director of Events at ANREV, a position she has held since January 2005. In this role, she leads ANREV’s events, young professionals, and mentorship initiatives that are beneficial to ANREV members and non-listed real estate fund professionals. She is based in Hong Kong and first joined ANREV in February 2011 as an Events Manager.
Before joining ANREV, Danielle held positions in hotel services, food & beverage management, property management, and investor relations.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from University of Surrey and a Master of Science in Business Psychology from University of Worcester. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Eunjin Choi is Director of Membership and responsible for all member relations at ANREV since 2021. Prior to her current role, she was in charge of Korean institutions. Prior to joining ANREV Eunjin was at The European Union Chamber of Commerce in Korea responsible for PR & Marketing.

close01Nicole TakanoJapanese Institutions Manager
Nicole Takano is Manager for the Japan markets at ANREV, mainly consolidating communications with Japanese institutions and supporting ANREV’s activities in relation to Japan and Japanese members. A long-term resident of Hong Kong, Nicole worked in corporate banking and commercial real estate sector for over 20 years before joining ANREV.
Nicole has a BA from Waseda University, Tokyo, and a Master of Management from Macquarie University, Sydney, and is well versed in Japanese, English and Cantonese.
