•The ANREV All Funds index returned 1.94% in Q2 2019 up from 1.64% in Q1.
•Value added funds outperformed core and opportunity funds with a reported return of 2.79% vs 1.86% for core and 1.66% for opportunity funds.

The GREFI All Funds Index delivered a total return of 1.19% in Q1 2026, the highest return of the index since Q2 2022, up 14 bps from 1.05% posted in the previous quarter. This publication features 455 funds with a total GAV of USD 956.32 billion.

Asia Pacific funds maintained its fifth consecutive quarter of positive performance, posting a total return of 1.46%. The Q1 2026 sample of the ANREV Quarterly Index includes 80 funds with a total GAV of USD 153.7 billion.

The Q1 2026 ANREV ODCE Asset Level Performance Report posted a total return of 1.41%. The report measures the asset level returns of 266 investments owned by 8 ODCE funds valued at US$19.29 billion as of Q1 2026.
