Hybrid event - Financing the Future: Data Centres and the Evolving APAC Debt Market
The ANREV Debt Committee is pleased to announce that registration for the briefing “Financing the Future: Data Centers and the Evolving APAC Debt Market" on 3 December 2026 in Sydney is now open.
Join senior market participants from JLL, AirTrunk, Gilbert + Tobin and ING for a practical discussion on how the data-center financing market, and the role of institutional capital in the debt stack, is evolving across Asia Pacific. The event will explore the market forces driving the growth of data centers across Asia Pacific and the implications for investors, operators and capital providers as the sector continues to mature. The discussion will consider the key commercial, operational and financing considerations shaping investment and lending decisions across the sector. Panelists will share perspectives on how financing approaches are evolving across the region, the role of different sources of capital and the opportunities and challenges ahead.
We look forward to welcoming members and industry participants to an informative and engaging discussion, followed by networking drinks.
