David Green-Morgan is the Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV tasked with improving the transparency and professionalism of non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific. The role focuses on the use of good quality data and information to bring value and insight to members.

Prior to joining ANREV in 2025 David was with JLL as a member of the global capital markets research team and was also global head of research and strategy at MSCI. David was Managing Director for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific and also ran Asia Pacific research for DTZ.

David holds a degree and masters in Economics.

Daryl is a Clifford Chance Partner in the Funds and Investment Management Practice in Singapore. He is a Singapore qualified lawyer with more than 15 yearsofyears of specialist experience and advises clients on primary fundraisings, fund secondaries and restructurings, fund investments, co-investments and advisory mandates across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private credit and other investment strategies. Daryl is a member of the Regulatory & Tax Committee of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV).

Anu has over 25 years of tax experience working in Singapore, Switzerland and India, out of which 19 years can be attributed to Singapore.

She has a special focus on real estate and has served a wide portfolio of clients, comprising mostly multinationals.

She has been involved in advising a number of clients on fund/ investment structures in the region including India.
