19 Nov 2026 - 20 Nov 2026 @ Seoul

ANREV is delighted to announce that registration is now open for its 11th Korea Conference, set for November 19–20, 2026. This year’s theme, “Resilience to Allocation: Positioning Capital for 2027,” unites Korean institutional investors with global leaders in non-listed real estate.

A one-day programme covering the 2027 outlook, manager models, Korea versus Japan and Australia, Asia-Pacific allocations, and Korean LP priorities.

Sessions include:
•    Keynote — Asia-Pacific Economic Outlook: Resilience amid changes and challenges — S&P Global Ratings’ APAC Chief Economist on the regional outlook for growth, rates, and geopolitics.
•    Global Investor Panel – Investment Outlook 2027 — Where global LPs see risk, opportunity, and capital deployment in 2027.
•    Paradigm shift: Are large cap managers overtaking the mid-market managers and specialist operator models? — Whether large-cap scale is crowding out mid-market and specialist managers — and what that means for Korean LPs.
•    Differentiation or herd mentality: Which investing approach wins? — Herd behaviour versus tailored portfolios — and which better fits Korean liability profiles.
•    Korea vs Japan & Australia: Is Korea becoming the more attractive investment market? — Korea’s growth case versus Japan’s stability and Australia’s demand — which market wins this cycle.
•    Should Korean institutions increase real estate allocations to Asia Pacific? How and where? — Whether Korean LPs should raise Asia-Pacific allocations — and in which markets, sectors, and vehicles.
