ANREV is pleased to announce a roundtable discussion focused on Australian debt, to be held on August 19, 2025. The roundtable aim to will bring together the leaders of each of the ANREV members who are focused on Australian debt.

The session will discuss and debate the current Australian debt market dynamics from the perspective of all market participants, including LPs, Non-Bank Lenders, Bank Lenders and Consultants/Brokers. The session will be closed-door and ANREV will utilise the results of the discussion for research and thought leadership purposes. The purpose of the session is to increase institutional awareness of credit as strategy in Australian real estate.

The participants will be provided a list of key questions and topics prior to session.

Topics will include, but not be limited to; real estate debt market risks and opportunities, ANREV assisting in improving transparency of market data, ESG considerations, institutional investor sentiment and regulatory and compliance environment.

We also encourage participants to provide any topic/question ideas prior to the session to allow all members to have input.
