Jake Kang joined LaSalle in 2022. He is involved with executing Korea real estate investments and asset management activities in Korea. Prior to LaSalle, he worked at IGIS Asset Management as an analyst focused on global real estate acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Kang received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He is fluent in Korean and English and proficient in Mandarin Chinese.

John Song joined Hines Korea in 2022, where he is responsible for business generation and portfolio management across its real estate platform. Previously, he worked at CapitaLand from 2019 to 2022, managing seven funds and supporting over KRW 840 billion in transaction execution. Mr. Song holds a BS in Urban Planning and Engineering from Yonsei University and is a CFA Charterholder. He is fluent in Korean and English.

Hui-Soo Kim is a manager at IGIS Asset Management, where he has worked in the investment division since joining the firm in 2018. Over the past seven years, he has been involved in the acquisition and asset management of various real estate sectors, including office, logistics, retail, and residential. His experience spans both core and value-add strategies, with a track record of over 13 executed investments. Mr. Kim holds a BBA from Korea University.

Sung-Jin Na is an associate at Korea Investment & Securities, specializing in project financing for residential development projects, with a particular focus on those involving Tier 1 general contractors. His expertise encompasses structured financing and financial advisory services for a diverse range of developments, including multifamily, mixed-use, and office-tel projects. Having joined the Project Finance division in 2018, Mr. Na is now in his seventh year with the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Yonsei University.

Kate Kim is a Hotel Real Estate Consultant at JLL Korea, where she supports hotel sector Strategic Advisory & Operator Selection across APAC and contributes to luxury and midscale hotel brokerage in Korea. She holds a BSc in International Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. Her background includes experience as an intern in Design Development & Operations at Marriott International's Hong Kong Continental Office, where she evaluated properties across APAC for hotel conversions.

Lloyd Kim is responsible for leading the client solutions business in Korea, overseeing fundraising, investor servicing, deal sourcing, and customized portfolio development. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at IBK Securities in placement agency services and at IPS Corporation in the IRS swap business. He also interned at KB Securities (formerly Hyundai Securities). Mr. Kim holds a BA in Business and Management from Durham University, UK.
