Michael Sheffield
Fund Manager, Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF)
Dexus

Michael is the Fund Manager for DWPF and Head of Diversified Funds at Dexus.

Michael's leadership experience spans more than 30 years across funds management, investment and development management, along with investment banking and board appointments. He is an Investment Committee member with exposure to both unlisted and listed markets, as well as wholesale and retail products.

Michael has a Bachelor of Business (Land Economics), a Master of Management, along with numerous post graduate qualifications. He is a certified Practicing Accountant and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directions (GAICD).

Bianca Di Donato
Advisor, Institutional Capital
Dexus

Bianca Di Donato is an Investment Advisor in the Institutional Capital team at Dexus where she works to connect investors to with real estate opportunities in Australia.

Prior to joining Dexus in 2020, Bianca held roles at Lendlease and BECK Property Group. Based in Sydney, Bianca is a member of ANREV Young Professionals Working Group and is a Co-Founder of The Property Circle, a network of young women in the industry.

Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Property with Distinction from RMIT University.
