"Re-discovering HK" is a series of property tours to showcase various types of properties in the city and how they are creating a positive impact on the local community.

ANREV Young Professionals Working Group the third site tour was held successfully on 23 November 2023 in Hong Kong.

RedBox Storage, a Brookfield Assessment Management Portfolio Company, has been established since 2007 in Hong Kong as a trusted, reliable provider of storage solutions to both consumers and commercial business customers.

After the site tour, participants gathered for a few drinks nearby.

Michael Cocozzo

Michael Cocozzo is a Vice President in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for RedBox Storage, a Brookfield portfolio company located in Hong Kong . Since joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Cocozzo has been part of the US Alternative Real Estate group, covering various sectors including self-storage, senior housing, and manufactured housing. Prior to joining Brookfield, he worked at Rouse Properties as part of their portfolio management group.

Mr. Cocozzo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University.

Stella Chiu
Senior Investment Associate

Stella Chiu is a Senior Investment Associate in RedBox Storage, a Brookfield portfolio company located in Hong Kong. Since joining in 2022, Ms. Chiu is responsible for acquisition and investment management for the self-storage platform. Prior roles include investment, asset and portfolio management for Grosvenor and AEW Asia Pacific.

Ms. Chiu has a MPhil from University of Cambridge and BSocSc with First Class Honors from The University of Hong Kong.

Director of Revenue & Digital Performance

Louis Ver is the Director of Revenue & Digital Performance for RedBox Storage, a Brookfield portfolio company located in Hong Kong. With 16 years in digital transformation and analytics, Mr. Ver has led projects including growing e-businesses, spearheading revenue & digital strategies for hotels in HK & Japan and running a digital agency.
