ANREV BRIEFING
THURSDAY 1 DECEMBER 2016 – MELBOURNE

ANREV OUTPUT UPDATE and CHRISTMAS DRINKS

ANREV is pleased to invite you to a briefing and festive drinks in Melbourne.

During the briefing, Amélie Delaunay, Director of Research and Professional Standards of ANREV will present an update on the ANREV and the Global Real Estate Fund index, including latest developments and their implications for the Australian market.

ANREV Index update
The ANREV Index is a fund-level performance measurement tool which tracks total returns in the non-listed property funds sector in the Asia Pacific region. The ANREV Index measures net asset value (NAV) based performance on an annual and quarterly basis using data supplied by vehicle managers. The Index comprises non-listed real estate funds of which 90% or more of their GAV is targeted to be invested in Asia Pacific.

ANREV together with NCREIF in the US and INREV in Europe were produced in the Global Real Estate Fund Index (GREFI) since 2013 to show performance of non-listed real estate funds in Europe, Asia Pacific and the US.

Australia funds are outperforming the APAC index over the past quarter and Australia core funds are outperforming US and Europe core funds since nearly a year.
How do global investors look at the performance of Australia?
