Key highlights:

• Capital growth turned negative from 0.17% to -0.63% in Q2, while the income return remained steady at 0.68%, down 1 bp from Q1.
• The one year rolling return stands positive at 0.32%, while the three and five year annualised returns are -0.27% and -0.10%, respectively.
• The index features 8 funds with a total GAV of US$21.3 billion, covering 446 assets as of Q2 2026.
