The ANREV Australia Farmland Index provides financial performance of 63 different properties of market value over AUD 1.96 billion in farmland.
ANREV Australia Farmland Index returned 10.32% on a 12-month rolling basis in Q3 2022.
On an annualized rolling return basis, the income return was at 5.81% in Q3 2022.
Capital growth was at 4.32% in Q3 2022 on a 12 month rolling basis.

This ANREV Vehicles Universe document provides data on 392 vehicles with a total gross asset value (GAV) of US$ 291.8 billion as of Q2 2022. Data on 251 vehicles (total GAV US$183.0 billion) was extracted from the ANREV Vehicles Database. Data on the remaining 141 vehicles came from secondary sources.

ANREV has launched the eleventh release of the ANREV ODCE Asset Level Performance Consultation Report.
The ANREV Asset Level Performance Report is not an index as the coverage is limited to assets held by 8 funds with a pan Asia core open end strategy.
The ANREV Asset Level Performance Report results are based on asset level data that is provided to ANREV directly from managers. Data collection starts immediately after a quarter has ended for a period of up to 6 weeks after quarter end.
