Launch of Investment Intentions Asia Survey 2018
 

ANREV is pleased to invite you to join our briefings in Hong Kong on Tuesday 23 January for the launch of our Investment Intentions Survey 2018. The 2018 survey attracted 320 in total, including 107 institutional investors, 7 fund of funds managers and 206 fund managers. Ms. Amélie Delaunay, ANREV's Director of Research and Professionals Standards will share with us the survey details. There will be networking drinks after the presentations.

  Amélie Delaunay
Director, Research & Professional Standards
ANREV
 
Amélie Delaunay is the Director of Research and Professional Standards for ANREV. She is responsible for the development and implementation of ANREV’s Research, Performance Measurement and Professional Standards programmes in Asia Pacific, including market information and performance indices, global surveys and promotion of best practices for the industry.
 
Amélie has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong real estate consulting background initially with Ernst & Young. She has been based in Asia for more than 11 years.

Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she was awarded a post graduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning and Real Estate, Amélie also has an Advanced Master's Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Amélie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
 
  Ada Choi, CFA
Senior Director – Research, Asia Pacific
CBRE
 
Ada Choi is the head of capital market research at CBRE Research Asia Pacific. Ada has over 10 years’ experience in the Asia Pacific property market and is active in publishing thematic research on the regional investment market.
 
Since she joined the team in 2005, she has been working closely with local research members in operating the Asia research platform, including fundamental research on different property sectors. She plays a major role in producing regional research publications and thought
leadership papers.
 
Prior to joining CBRE, Ada developed her career in financial market research. She worked for Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s Planning and Research team, where she advised the company on financial market development trends and benchmark Hong Kong against leading financial centres.

 
  Claire Tang
Head of Acquisitions – China, Shanghai
LaSalle Investment Management


Claire is Head of Acquisitions for Greater China and is based in Shanghai. She joined LaSalle in 2007 and has over 10 years of experience in real estate and investment management, specialized in the Greater China region.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Claire was an investment manager with Jones Lang LaSalle based in Shanghai where she was responsible for providing sourcing and advisory service to key clients. Prior to that, she worked for GE Asset Management based in the US.

Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Babson College.
