Tony Brown is an Independent Director of Dexus Wholesale Property Limited and brings 36 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure investment.
Tony is currently a Non-executive Director of the M&G Asia Property Fund, M&G European Property Fund, M&G UK Residential Fund, M&G European Secured Income Fund & M&G UK Property Fund. He was Non-executive Chair of the UPP Investment Committee from 2022-2023.
Tony was Global Head of M&G Real Estate from 2018-2025 and Chief Investment Officer from 2014-2018, managing circa A$70bn of institutional capital, invested in 24 countries. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Lend Lease Investment Management, EMEA with responsibility for circa A$9bn of real estate and infrastructure assets. At Schroders, Tony was Fund Manager of the Schroder Exempt Property Unit Trust, investing in circa A$20bn of UK real estate. He started his career at Cushman & Wakefield having graduated from Portsmouth University, UK.
Tony’s appointment to the Dexus Wholesale Property Limited Board has been endorsed by the Fund’s Advisory Committee.
