Berrick leads Qualitas’ Australian equity platform and is responsible for the Tactical Opportunities equity investment strategy. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry across complex transactions, development management, asset management and investment advisory, he brings a breadth of expertise across the full real estate lifecycle.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Berrick was a Partner in KordaMentha's real estate business, which he co-founded in 2002, where he led a range of complex real estate development, investment and work-out engagements. Berrick is also the Founder and Chairman of the Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation, a not-for-profit cycling event management company that has raised over $43 million for critically ill children since its establishment in 2007.
Brook Lewis is an investment professional in the Real Estate Private Equity and Structured Finance team at Qualitas, an ASX-listed alternative investment manager with c.$10.9 billion in funds under management. He works across direct equity, joint ventures and structured credit investments.
Prior to joining Qualitas, Brook worked in strategic and financial advisory at Paxon Group, specialising in social infrastructure across the Asia Pacific and Middle East.
Brook holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours in Economics from the University of Western Australia, with a thesis in investment modelling.
