Leonie Wilkinson is a Senior Vice President in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives across Asia Pacific and the Middle East and oversees portfolio management for Brookfield’s Australian core-plus real estate investment strategies.

Ms. Wilkinson has over 20 years of experience in real estate funds management. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Ms. Wilkinson was a member of the Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) Executive Committee. Before joining QIC, Ms. Wilkinson held senior roles at LaSalle and Macquarie Capital, where she focused on real estate private equity advisory, capital raising and investment management.

Ms.  Wilkinson holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a first-class honours degree in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Wollongong. She serves as Chair of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Australia on the ULI Asia Pacific Executive Committee, as well as a member of the Property Council of Australia (PCA) Fund Managers Roundtable.

Marcus Lee is an Associate in ING Australia’s Wholesale Banking’s Lending Division, covering Real Estate and Project Financing transactions.

In his role, he manages execution of debt financing for large institutional investors and Fund Managers. In the Real Estate space his coverage extends across office, industrial & logistics, retail and living as well as construction. Marcus has previously worked in the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and the big 4 accounting firms.

Marcus is an accountant by trade and is a fully qualified member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and has previously served as their Young Professional Board member for 3 years. He has also been serving as a member of the ANREV Young Professionals Committee since late 2023.
