Arjun Pandit is Head of Private Credit at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), overseeing all aspects of the firm’s real estate private debt funds business. With more than 25 years of experience across Asia Pacific, he has established, managed and led commercial mortgage lending, asset-backed finance, distressed debt, and real estate investment platforms, participating in over US$20 billion of real estate transactions. Before joining CLI, Arjun held senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers, leading major financing and lending platforms across the region. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales.

Nicolas Konialidis is the Director (Asia) of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). He is also the technical director of the IVSC’s Business Valuation Board. He has three decades of experience in equity markets, corporate finance, and valuations in Europe, the USA and Asia. Nicolas is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) and an Associate Member of the ASA.

Background

Amit is a seasoned audit partner specialising in financial services industry, with over 20 years of global experience delivering audit and assurance services across Asia Pacific. He is currently the Sector Head of Asset Management for Audit and also leads and spearheads the Singapore–India Corridor for KPMG Singapore, supporting cross‑border clients with operations and investments across the region.

Professional and Industry Experience 

Amit has advised clients across the private equity, banking, and investment management sectors, with particular focus on fund structures, valuation, regulatory compliance, and multi‑location reporting frameworks. Relevant experience includes:

•Acting as APAC Region Coordinating Partner for a global bank, he has extensive experience managing global audits engagements, coordinating with local and overseas component teams.

•Being actively involved with funds investing across key ASEAN markets, China and India, Amit brings valuable insights and expertise from his experience in auditing and working collaboratively with Advisory and Tax to add value to our asset management clients.

•Actively involved in the initial public offerings and fund-raising activities for several companies listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Ms. Lim is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. Her responsibilities include tax and financial reporting, transaction advisory and due diligence, fairness and solvency opinions, and business valuations. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Lim provided assurance services for companies in the software, life sciences, and venture capital sectors while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Lim earned a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. She also holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant.
