The ANREV Young Professionals event: Beyond the deal: Conversations on careers, growth & what's next was successfully held on Wednesday, 10 June 2026 in Hong Kong!
As part of ANREV's ongoing commitment to nurturing the next generation of real estate professionals, this event brought together young professionals from across the industry for an evening of candid dialogue and networking.
The centrepiece of the evening is a moderated panel discussion featuring senior industry leaders and young professionals. Drawing on diverse career journeys across functions and geographies, panellists will share firsthand perspectives on career development, key decision points, and navigating an evolving real estate landscape — offering practical insights for professionals at every stage of their careers.

Chi Hua Lei

Chi Hua is Managing Director in Real Estate Asia team at CPP Investments based in Hong Kong and is responsible for North Asia investments. Chi Hua has close to 20 years of industry experience, who has managed multiple key partnerships in the region across various sectors, strategies and countries.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Chi Hua worked in Private Real Estate Asia Pacific team in APG and Research team in APG Amsterdam. Chi Hua earned BBA in National Taiwan University, MS in Vrije Universiteit and Stanford University.
Harry Ip

Harry Ip has 25 years of real estate investment and asset management experience in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Gaw Capital Partners, Mr. Ip served as Senior Portfolio Manager for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority from 2010 to 2023. Before that, Mr. Ip also worked as Vice President for Wachovia Bank and Associate Director for Jones Lang LaSalle.
Mr. Ip holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London. He is also a professional member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, and a CFA Charterholder.
Alice Cho
Senior Manager

Alice is a Senior Manager in JLL's Institutional Clients Value & Risk Advisory Department and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She specialises in portfolio valuations for international and institutional clients across office, retail, residential, data center, industrial, and development properties throughout Korea and North Asia. Alice holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) / Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and has worked in real estate across New Zealand, Korea, and Hong Kong.
Jimmy Wang-Guo
Assistant Vice President, Fund Management
Link Real Estate Partners
Jimmy is based in Hong Kong with Link Real Estate Partners, the third-party capital management platform of Link Asset Management, where he is responsible for fund management. Prior to joining Link, Jimmy was a member of the international investments team at QuadReal, where he spent eight years executing the firm’s investment strategies across the United States and Asia-Pacific, covering various sectors including logistics, for-rent residential, student housing, office, and data centres.
Jimmy graduated cum laude from New York University with a BS in Construction Management and a minor in Finance.
