Yian Wang is the Chief Investment Officer for AEW Asia Pacific, responsible for overseeing all of AEW’s commingled and direct investments in the Asia Pacific. Ms. Wang plays an integral part within the firm’s Senior Leadership Team, actively contributing to AEW’s overall strategic vision and direction. She is also a member of the AEW Asia Pacific Investment and Risk Management Committees. Based in Hong Kong, she has extensive portfolio and asset management experience across the different Asian markets in which AEW invests. Ms. Wang has worked in both Mainland China and Hong Kong with prior investment management roles including Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Hongkong Land, a subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Group. She graduated with First Class Honors from the University of Cambridge and has an M.A., M. Eng and B.A. in Chemical Engineering and was a recipient of the prestigious Jardine Scholarship. 

Dominic joined APG in 2013 and is a Senior Director within the Asian Private Real Estate Team based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for sourcing new real estate investment opportunities as well as managing existing investments across Australia, China and India in sectors including offices, logistics, residential, hotels and life sciences. Dominic began his career in London with a US-based real estate private equity manager before working for Pradera in the fund management team covering European shopping centre investments.

Dominic holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Real Estate (MSc) degree from City University, London.

Hannah joined APG in 2020 and is an Assistant Portfolio Manager within the Asian Real Estate Team based in Hong Kong. She is responsible for sourcing new real estate investment opportunities as well as managing existing investments across Australia, Japan, China and India in sectors including residential, offices, logistics, and life sciences. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from University of Southern California and a Master of Real Estate Finance degree from Harvard University.

Daryl is a Clifford Chance Partner in the Funds and Investment Management Practice in Singapore. He is a Singaporequalified lawyer with more than 15 yearsof specialist experience and advises clients on primary fundraisings, fund secondaries and restructurings, fund investments, co-investments and advisory mandates across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private credit and other investment strategies. Daryl is a member of the Regulatory & Tax Committee of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV).
