Mark Lee joined Australian Retirement Trust in 2012 (previously Sunsuper) and is the Senior Portfolio Manager — Head of Real Estate. In addition to leading the real estate team, key responsibilities include portfolio construction, investment research, manager selection, execution and management of global investments in direct real estate, coinvestments, joint ventures and funds in both traditional and alternative real estate sectors such as holiday parks, self-storage, for-rent residential and data centres. Prior to this role, Mark worked in commercial and project finance in both WestLB and Commonwealth Bank. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial and Finance) from the University of New South Wales, is a CFA charterholder and is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Evan is an Associate Director at Madigan Capital, with a focus on real estate private credit investments across Australia & New Zealand.

Prior to joining Madigan, he worked in the Quantitative Structuring team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s Global Markets division, with other roles across Macquarie Capital and JP Morgan. Before entering the finance industry, he was an architect designing commercial and residential buildings across APAC. Evan is a member of the ANREV Young Professionals Working Group.

Evan holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of New South Wales.
