Global macro and APAC real estate trends
ANREV is pleased to announce a lunch session will be held in Hong Kong on 20 April. Registration is now open.
This session brings together global macroeconomic intelligence and on-the-ground Asia Pacific real estate insights. Ms Martina Bozadzhieva at Oxford Economics will kick off with a global overview covering Fed and ECB policy directions, China’s economic trajectory, and key themes shaping institutional real estate — including AI-driven valuations, tech boom versus downturn scenarios, evolving supply chains and their implications for logistics investors, and the economics of geopolitics, along with their impact on cap rates and yields across core APAC markets.
This will be followed by a fireside chat with Mr. Jonathan Umali at ARCH Capital Management on APAC real estate trends.
