Shelson Lim is Fund Manager of SC GCC Real Estate Industrial Development Fund (GRID), SC Capital Partners’ first industrial development fund in the Middle East. Mr. Lim is responsible for transactions, asset management, and the operations of the fund. At SC Capital Partners, Shelson has also worked on numerous transactions across sectors and markets in Asia, encompassing traditional fund investments, co-investments, JV structures, syndications, and other deal formats.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Mr. Lim spent three years in Deloitte Real Estate (London) as Senior Associate, responsible for providing real estate development consultancy as well as valuation advisory services for institutional clients.
Mr. Lim received his Master of Science in International Real Estate & Planning from the University of London and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from King’s College of London.
Peter is responsible for leading the real estate's Research and Strategy platform in Asia Pacific. His key responsibilities include developing Manulife IM’s Asia Pacific house view, originating investment and asset management strategies, analyzing market trends, managing data and information, supporting investment underwriting, developing market selection tools (including forecast modelling), and creating thought leadership content.
Prior to joining Manulife IM in Singapore in 2025, Peter held senior leadership roles at JLL. Peter first joined JLL Australia in 2009, before relocating to Singapore to join JLL’s Asia Pacific Regional Research team in 2018. In 16 years of extensive experience, Peter worked directly with regional and global clients to assist with their investment strategies. He helped develop capital allocation strategies, provided guidance with forecast modelling, and established benchmarking models for portfolio analysis.
Peter’s experience extends to the office, logistics, and retail sectors, and more recently across the emerging alternative asset classes. Having started his career in Sydney, Peter has deep knowledge of the Australian market, and a wide breadth of experience across Asia Pacific more broadly. Trained as an economist, Peter brings a macroeconomic perspective to Asia Pacific’s real estate markets. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics from Macquarie University.
Jason Nelms is a partner at K&L Gates Straits Law and a member of the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. His practice focuses on fund formation and related matters. He regularly advises both managers and investors in the formation and operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds, co-investment vehicles, and other alternative investment products. He also advises on related regulatory and internal governance matters.
Jason also advises fund sponsors regarding management company structuring, carried interest plans, shareholders’ agreements, and related internal governance matters, and has counseled investment firms and their principals in the purchase and sale of significant minority interests in asset management businesses.
Charmaine Mok is an associate in the Hong Kong office of K&L Gates and she is a member of the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Her practice focuses on fund formation and related matters. She regularly advises both managers and investors in the formation and operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds, co-investment vehicles, and other alternative investment products. She also advises on related regulatory and internal governance matters.
David Green-Morgan is the Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV tasked with improving the transparency and professionalism of non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific. The role focuses on the use of good quality data and information to bring value and insight to members.
Prior to joining ANREV in 2025 David was with JLL as a member of the global capital markets research team and was also global head of research and strategy at MSCI. David was Managing Director for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific and also ran Asia Pacific research for DTZ.
David holds a degree and masters in Economics.
