Bryan Lee is the Founder and CFO of AB Capital Investment Limited, leading the firm’s finance and investor relations functions as well as responsible for setting AB Capital’s investment strategy. With over a decade of asset management experience, Bryan was responsible for implementing and executing investment strategies across US, China, Hong Kong, and Japan.
Before launching AB Capital, Bryan was a Portfolio Manager and a key founding member of the asset management division of Pacific Foundation Securities Limited, where he raised funds and managed a portfolio of over US$800MM AUM and employed a trading strategy of investing mainly in cash equity and options, giving investors exposure to various sectors, including real estate, technology, energy, and consumer.
Prior to that, Bryan began his career at the Hedge Fund Division of Adamas Asset Management (HK) Limited, a multi-strategy asset management firm. Other than executing investment strategies, Bryan was also in charge of raising capital for discretionary management accounts by generating and evaluating long short investment ideas.
Bryan graduated from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California and holds a Master of Finance degree from the University of Hong Kong.
Charles Haase is Chief Executive of ANREV, the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles. ANREV is a member driven non-profit organization producing research and indices relevant to the private real estate industry in Asia Pacific, and promoting improved transparency and best practices across the region.
Prior to joining ANREV, Charlie had experience on both sides of the investment table, working for Aetos Japan and Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation in Tokyo, and for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System in the United States. Prior to joining CalSTRS, Charlie was on the Economics faculty of San Francisco State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
Andrew sits in CBRE’s APAC regional hotels team where he specialises in Asia hospitality investments and cross border capital deployment throughout the region. Prior to this, Andrew oversaw the deployment of Asian capital globally, with a particular focus on Singaporean and Malaysian capital across the entirety of CBRE’s global platform across all sectors.
Prior to CBRE, he was working at Alpha Real Capital, a boutique private equity firm specialising in operational real estate, where he advised on the acquisition and disposal of operational real estate investments in the United Kingdom and Western Europe. He has an M.A in Management from the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge and a B.Com/B.A from the University of Sydney.
Kyle Berman is a Principal on the U.S. Credit Team at KSL. Mr. Berman joined KSL in 2016 after working as an investment banking analyst in Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure group. Mr. Berman graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University, where he holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management.
Christopher Hur is a Managing Director in the investments and asset management team. Based in Singapore, he leads the firm’s hospitality investments and platform strategies across the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Hur joined the firm in 2026 with nearly two decades of global hotel real estate and investment experience. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, a Southeast Asian hospitality platform backed by Warburg Pincus and VinaCapital, where he led the group’s strategic initiatives, platform expansion, and capital management. Previously, Mr. Hur spent nearly a decade at Host Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s largest lodging REITs, where he held senior investment positions across Asia Pacific region and the United States. He began his career in investment banking and real estate private equity at Lehman Brothers, with postings in New York and Hong Kong.
Mr. Hur holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
Wei Leng Tang is the Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Travelodge Hotels Asia, where she leads the group's regional growth and expansion strategy across Asia including key markets. Wei Leng is responsible for driving Travelodge Hotels Asia's strategic shift from asset-heavy to asset light, accelerating growth through hotel management agreements (HMAs), franchises and lease, with a target to deliver 50 additional hotels by 2030.
With over 30years of experience in real estate investment, hospitality and capital markets across Asia, Wei Leng has held senior leadership roles at various leading global real estate advisory firms. She is an accredited senior director with SID and serves on the ULI Singapore Executive Committee (Exco).
