David Green-Morgan
Director, Research & Professionals Standards
ANREV

David Green-Morgan is the Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV tasked with improving the transparency and professionalism of non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific. The role focuses on the use of good quality data and information to bring value and insight to members.

Prior to joining ANREV in 2025 David was with JLL as a member of the global capital markets research team and was also global head of research and strategy at MSCI. David was Managing Director for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific and also ran Asia Pacific research for DTZ.

David holds a degree and masters in Economics.

Sarah Blankfield
Director, Member Relations, Oceania and Japan
GRESB

Sarah Blankfield is Director, Member Relations at GRESB, where she is responsible for all existing members and stakeholders across Oceania and Japan, including fund managers, investors and partners for both Infrastructure and Real Estate. Sarah also contributes a quarterly “sustainability trends” article to Institutional Real Estate Asia Pacific.

With over 12 years of global real assets experience, prior to joining GRESB, Sarah worked in investor relations and sustainability at Charter Hall. She has been based in Sydney since 2018, after previously working for the global Chartered Surveyor industry body, RICS, in London. She holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment and is committed to creating a more sustainable world through financial markets.

Magali Wardle
Acting Director
NABERS

Magali is Acting Director at NABERS. She is a skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in Sustainability, Engineering, Project Management and Climate Change. Her work at NABERS is focused on building partnerships to influence the uptake of NABERS ratings. Her role covers a vast portfolio of project teams dedicated to supporting customers in their sustainability journey. This encompasses energy, water and waste efficiency as well as sustainable finance across several different building asset types.

Mark Yates
Head of Debt Finance & Risk Management
Pro-invest Group

Mark is Head of Debt Finance & Risk Management of Pro-invest Group, responsible for managing corporate liquidity and risk through effective management and prudential oversight of capital and debt sources. Mark manages the Group’s borrowing needs for the various property assets by sourcing new and managing existing bank/non-bank relationships, as well as taking responsibility for the financial structuring, legal documentation and compliance as it relates to the financing process and portfolio management.

Mark has worked predominantly in the property, corporate, and commercial spheres of the finance and funds management industries through positions with Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie Bank, Barclays Bank Australia, Lloyds International, and CEFC/Low Carbon Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Cindy Van Der Wal
Senior ESG & Communications Manager

Cindy is Senior ESG & Communications Manager for Pro-invest Group, responsible for leading the Group’s Environmental Social Governance (ESG) strategy and business communications, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Building on her success with Pro-invest Group’s One Earth, Countless Experiences strategy, Cindy continues to drive impactful sustainability initiatives, policies and frameworks, and industry-leading accreditations, including GRESB, NABERS, and Green Key across the Group’s portfolio. 
 
Cindy’s research and work have been published by reputable institutions including INSEAD and the Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality & Tourism. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management and a Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality Management with First Class Honours from Southern Cross University. She also holds a Business Sustainability Management certificate from the University of Cambridge.
