Launch of ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions Survey Asia Pacific 2026
ANREV is pleased to announce that the ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions Survey Asia Pacific 2026 will be held on Thursday, 5 February 2026, in Melbourne.
The 2025 ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions survey covered allocations and investment intentions of major institutional investors and funds of funds managers. The event kicked off with a macroeconomic update, followed by the presentation of survey results and a panel discussion, concluding with networking drinks.

David Green-Morgan is the Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV tasked with improving the transparency and professionalism of non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific. The role focuses on the use of good quality data and information to bring value and insight to members.
Prior to joining ANREV in 2025 David was with JLL as a member of the global capital markets research team and was also global head of research and strategy at MSCI. David was Managing Director for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific and also ran Asia Pacific research for DTZ.
David holds a degree and masters in Economics.
Dr Tony McGough is Head of Research and Consulting for Victoria at Knight Frank, where he reports on the commercial markets and provides thought leadership. Tony brings with him a wealth of knowledge and over 30 years’ experience in the real estate research field, particularly the areas of modelling, forecasting, market analysis and investment research. He is particularly well known for his work in pricing, cycles and bubbles, and rent and yield models.
Tony’s work has covered commercial real estate around the world and he has held positions based in London, Montreal and Melbourne. Prior to Knight Frank he worked for 6 years at RMIT. He has a BSc(Hons) in Economics from Bath University, an MSc in Economics from Birkbeck College and a PhD from the University of Ulster. He is a member of the Society of Property Researchers, Visiting Professor at the University of Ulster and a Visiting Fellow at the University of Reading. He is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Property Research and the Journal of European Real Estate Research.
Georgina Bishop is a Senior Portfolio Manager at VFMC (Victorian Funds Management Corporation). With over 17 years of experience in the property industry, Georgina has worked across various areas, including Fund and Mandate Management, Investment and Asset Management, Development and Asset Stabilisation, Transactions, Joint Venture Management, Valuations, and Valuation Management.
In VFMC's Property team, Georgina oversees the curation and management of a real estate portfolio that delivers long-term returns for over 32 Victorian public authorities and related organisations. Before joining VFMC in 2023, Georgina was the Fund Manager for ISPT CIP Fund and the Mandate Manager for an ISPT Client Mandate.
Georgina holds a Bachelor of Property (Valuations) and is a Certified Practising Valuer (Australian Property Institute).
