The ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions Survey Asia Pacific 2026 was successfully held on Tuesday, 3 February 2026, in Sydney.
The 2026 ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions survey covered allocations and investment intentions of major institutional investors and funds of funds managers. The event kicked off with a macroeconomic update, followed by the presentation of survey results and a panel discussion, concluding with networking drinks.

David Green-Morgan is the Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV tasked with improving the transparency and professionalism of non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific. The role focuses on the use of good quality data and information to bring value and insight to members.
Prior to joining ANREV in 2025 David was with JLL as a member of the global capital markets research team and was also global head of research and strategy at MSCI. David was Managing Director for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific and also ran Asia Pacific research for DTZ.
David holds a degree and masters in Economics.
Sameer is Head of Pacific Research at CBRE, where he leads the team providing market insights on real estate trends and values. Prior to this, he was Head of Australian Research at Bank of America. Sameer has an MBA from INSEAD and Bachelors of Commerce from ANU.
Pauline Tan heads up Ashurst’s Real Estate APAC team and is widely recognised for her deep expertise across all facets of real estate transactions and structures. She provides strategic, commercially focused advice on a broad range of commercial and legal real estate matters, including both direct and indirect investments, joint ventures, and other real estate investment structures.
Pauline frequently represents major local and international investors, managers, and developers active in the Australian market. She is renowned for her pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach and her extensive experience across all real estate asset classes, including office, logistics, hotels, student accommodation, build-to-rent, and healthcare.
Jorrit is Senior Portfolio Manager Asia-Pacific at Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors. He is based in Sydney and is a director of Bouwinvest Asia-Pacific Pty Ltd. In his role he is responsible for overseeing several investments in key gateway cities in the Asia-Pacific region. These investments are held in private funds, co-investments, club deals, joint ventures and public real estate companies through a diverse range of strategies in both traditional and alternative property sectors.
Jorrit joined Bouwinvest in 2019 and previously worked for Investa Property Group in Australia and CBRE IM and ING REIM in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Jorrit has a background in asset and fund management across both direct and indirect investment strategies. He is a member of ANREV and represents Bouwinvest on several Investor Advisory Boards in the Asia-Pacific region. Jorrit holds a double masters in Real Estate and Urban Planning (University of Groningen) and completed the CFA Investment Management Certificate (CFA Society of the UK), the IPF Certificate (University of Cambridge) and INREV/Henley Certificate (University of Reading).
Claire joined HMC Capital in January 2025 as a Managing Director in the Institutional Capital team. She brings over 20 years of experience across capital raising, investor relations, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining HMC, Claire held senior leadership roles at Lendlease, including Head of Capital Raising for Australia, where she was responsible for institutional capital formation across all property sectors. Claire also spent over a decade as a real estate and private equity lawyer in Australia and the United States, advising fund managers and institutional clients on fund formation and cross-border transactions.
Luke is RW Capital’s Head of Research and Institutional Capital and one of Australia’s leading property experts. He provides market commentary and analysis on the Australian commercial real estate capital markets.
Luke has more than 20 years of global investment and property research experience throughout and has held senior positions within fund managers, consulting firms and commercial agencies. His experience covers commercial and residential sectors, looking at markets through the lens of private and institutional investors.
Luke has held senior leadership positions at iconic international brands such as AMP Capital, Colliers, CBRE, AECOM and Macquarie Bank.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Arts from Monash University with Honours in Melbourne, and a Master of Business (Property) from RMIT.
