Launch of ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions Survey Asia Pacific 2026
ANREV is pleased to announce that the ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions Survey Asia Pacific 2026 will be held on Wednesday, 21 January 2026, in Tokyo.
The 2025 ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions survey covered allocations and investment intentions of major institutional investors and funds of funds managers. The event kicked off with a macroeconomic update, followed by the presentation of survey results and a panel discussion, concluding with networking drinks.

Details
Dr. Brown is part of our senior management at Cushman & Wakefield. He is responsible for planning and coordinating insights and analysis across the Asia Pacific region.
With a PhD in Geography and 20 years of research experience under his belt, Dr. Brown's knowledge of the real estate and economic trends is extensive, placing him in a good position to assist our clients thruogh cutting edge insights and analysis.
Dr. Brown's expertise lies in the field of investment and leasing trends in commercial real estate, residential need assessments, and strategic economic development opportunities.
Currently, Dr. Brown is also working as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Geography, Planning and Environment Management at the University of Queensland.
David Green-Morgan is the Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV tasked with improving the transparency and professionalism of non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific. The role focuses on the use of good quality data and information to bring value and insight to members.
Prior to joining ANREV in 2025 David was with JLL as a member of the global capital markets research team and was also global head of research and strategy at MSCI. David was Managing Director for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific and also ran Asia Pacific research for DTZ.
David holds a degree and masters in Economics.
Gordon sits on the APAC Capital Markets Board and was elevated to Head of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific in 2022.
In the role of Head of Capital Markets, he is tasked with driving the firm's Capital Markets strategy around regional clients and institutional investors and works with the brokerage teams across Asia Pacific.
Gordon joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and has over 15 years of real estate experience in Asia Pacific, covering strategic advice, investor relations, capital raising and brokerage. He has led divestment campaigns on individual assets and significant portfolios across multiple asset classes.
Having previously been actively involved in Asian outbound capital, he is also well versed on global real estate markets and their drivers of growth. Gordon started his real estate career in London in late 1990's.
