Launch of ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions Survey Asia Pacific 2026

ANREV is pleased to announce that the ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions Survey Asia Pacific 2026 will be held on Thursday, 15 January 2026, in Hong Kong.

The 2025 ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions survey covered allocations and investment intentions of major institutional investors and funds of funds managers. The event kicked off with a macroeconomic update, followed by the presentation of survey results and a panel discussion, concluding with networking drinks.

Louis Kuijs
APAC Chief Economist
S&P Global Ratings

Louis leads the Asia Pacific macro team and its research. He contributes to S&P Global Ratings’ macro-credit narrative and represents the firm in events, conferences, and the media, delivering insights and thought leadership to the marketplace.

Before joining S&P Global Ratings in 2022, Louis held senior positions in both the public and private sectors, including at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington DC, the World Bank in Beijing, and at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Oxford Economics in Hong Kong. While with the World Bank, he led the China Quarterly Update, headed the Bank’s mid-term review of China’s 11th Five Year Plan, and led research on China’s saving and investment, rebalancing, and long-term growth and structural change.

Louis is a well-known observer of China’s economy and contributes regularly to the international media on China and Asia.

Jade Tan
Head of Asia Valuations and Research

Jade Tan is Head of Asia Valuations and Research at Prologis, based in Hong Kong. In her role, Jade leads a regional team responsible for analyzing industry data, identifying and forecasting emerging trends that shape the logistics and real estate sectors, and developing analytical tools to inform strategic decision-making.

Brian Hung
Managing Director
APG Asset Management

Brian Hung is Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Asia Pacific at APG Asset Management, where he leads the firm’s regional real estate investment strategy and portfolio. With over 18 years of industry experience, Brian is responsible for evaluating and executing new investments, managing existing assets, and overseeing APG’s diversified real estate holdings across Asia Pacific, including logistics, retail, office, residential, student accommodation, retirement living, and real estate debt. Brian is a member of the Global Real Estate Investment Committee and Global Real Estate Management Team.

Prior to joining APG, Brian worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, first in the Global Leverage Finance team in New York and later in the Asia Real Estate and Gaming team in Hong Kong.

He holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Danielle Lau
Managing Director
Ares Management

Ms. Lau is a Managing Director in the Ares Secondaries Group, where she focuses on real estate secondaries. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, she was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Hong Kong Monetary Authority, where she led the Asia real estate acquisition and portfolio management. Previously, Ms. Lau was a Director at Aetos Capital Real Estate, where she was responsible for Asia ex-Japan investments and asset management. In addition, Ms. Lau was an Analyst at Morgan Stanley's Real Estate Investing business. She holds a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University in Business Administration.

Catherine Chen
Senior Director & Investment Strategist, Asia Pacific Real Estate Research
Invesco Real Estate

Catherine Chen is a Senior Director and Investment Strategist for Asia Pacific Real Estate Research at Invesco Real Estate, based in Hong Kong. Catherine joined Invesco Real Estate in 2017 and she leads the Strategic Analytics function and collaborates with investment teams to shape strategies across the region. Prior to this, she held research and strategy roles at LaSalle Investment Management, Aberdeen Property Investors, and Goodman Property Investors. Earlier in her career, she was an acquisition officer at Capmark Financial Group, based in Shanghai. Catherine received a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying from the University of Hong Kong
