This  ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions Survey Asia Pacific 2026 was successfully held on Wednesday, 14 January 2026, in Singapore.

The 2025 ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions survey covered allocations and investment intentions of major institutional investors and funds of funds managers. The event kicked off with a macroeconomic update, followed by the presentation of survey results and a panel discussion, concluding with networking drinks.

Hanna Safdar

Hanna Safdar is the Head of Research and Strategy for AEW's Asia Pacific Region. With over 12 years of experience, she leads investment research, strategy development and capital market insights, working closely with investment, product development and fundraising teams. She joined AEW in 2018 from Cambridge Associates, where she conducted fund manager research and due diligence projects across Asia Pacific's real estate and infrastructure managers. Prior, she also held a research position at DTZ in Singapore. Ms. Safdar has a B.Sc Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.

David Green-Morgan

David Green-Morgan is the Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV tasked with improving the transparency and professionalism of non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific. The role focuses on the use of good quality data and information to bring value and insight to members.

Prior to joining ANREV in 2025 David was with JLL as a member of the global capital markets research team and was also global head of research and strategy at MSCI. David was Managing Director for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific and also ran Asia Pacific research for DTZ.

David holds a degree and masters in Economics.

Kian Sin is the Head of Real Estate Investment at AIA Investment Management. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for driving and implementing the expansion of AIA Group's real estate investment strategies globally. Kian Sin has over 26 years of experience in indirect and direct real estate investments, across global insurer, real estate developer and fund management platforms. Kian Sin previously held fund management roles with LaSalle Investment, Aviva Investors and Aberdeen Asset Management where he was responsible for their indirect real estate investments in the Asia Pacific region. Kian Sin also held positions with Mapletree Investments and Prudential Financial.

Vida Tandean
Head of Asia Investments, Indirect Private Real Estate

Vida Tandean is the Head of Asia Investments, Indirect Private Real Estate at CBRE Investment Management. Based in Singapore, she leads the sourcing, execution, and management of indirect real estate investments across Asia. Vida is responsible for overseeing more than USD4 billion in client capital, deployed across a diverse range of structures including funds, joint ventures, club deals, and programmatic partnerships. These investments span the risk-return spectrum from Core to Value-Add strategies, across multiple sectors including logistics, multifamily, commercial and data centres. In addition to her investment responsibilities, Vida represents CBRE Investment Management and its clients on several advisory committees.

Before joining CBRE Investment Management in December 2022, Vida was a Director at UBS Asset Management, where she played a key role in originating, underwriting, and delivering innovative real estate investment solutions for institutional clients. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade with Aberdeen’s Indirect Real Estate team, where she executed transactions across Asia Pacific.

Vida holds a double degree in Accountancy and Business Management (Finance) from Singapore Management University, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Josephine Yip
Managing Director, Real Estate, Asia Pacific
La Caisse

Josephine Yip leads the execution of real estate investment strategies for La Caisse in APAC. She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry covering capital raising, investments, asset management and portfolio management across varied sectors and countries in Asia-Pacific.

Before joining La Caisse, she was SVP, Portfolio Management at Alpha Investment Partners where she led portfolio management and capital raising activities. She was also formerly VP, Investment Management at GIC, covering Australia, South-east Asia, India and Korea for over a decade. She has a wide-ranging and versatile investment track record and is well-versed in platform and portfolio deals.

She has served on the Board of Directors of various investee companies and is a member of the Sustainability & ESG Committee at Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). She holds a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) with Honors.

Ben Aiken

Ben Aiken, Managing Director, Senior member of the portfolio management team for J.P. Morgan Asset Management - Real Estate Asia Pacific and serves as the lead portfolio manager for Strategic Property Fund Asia. Ben i sbased in Singapore and is a member of the Real Estate Asia-Pacific Management Steering Group. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2012, Ben was the head fo business development for Asia-Pacific Real Estate for Aviva Investors. Before joining Aviva Investors, Ben was a division director for Macquarie Capital, where over nine years he executed  some 25 successful transactions across private capital markets, listed capital markets and real estate advisory. He also spent seven years with BT Funds Management where he held the positions of director of asset management for the BT Hotel Group, and director of capital transactions for the BT Office Trust. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business (Hospitalitly Management) from University of Queensland, Australia and an M.B.A. and Master of Professional Accounting from Griffith University.
