The ANREV Young Professionals Committee is pleased to announce that the ANREV Young Professionals Conference 2026 is now open for registration. This year, the conference will be held on 21 October in Tokyo.
This year’s conference, themed "Reframing value: Identifying opportunity in a changing APAC real estate landscape," will bring together approximately 80 rising professionals in a collaborative environment designed to share insights, build networks, and engage with senior leaders from across the industry.
Held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, the conference will feature a half-day of panel discussions, presentations, and networking opportunities addressing the dynamic and evolving nature of real estate investment in the Asia-Pacific region.

Speakers
Charles Haase is Chief Executive of ANREV, the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles. ANREV is a member driven non-profit organization producing research and indices relevant to the private real estate industry in Asia Pacific, and promoting improved transparency and best practices across the region.
Prior to joining ANREV, Charlie had experience on both sides of the investment table, working for Aetos Japan and Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation in Tokyo, and for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System in the United States. Prior to joining CalSTRS, Charlie was on the Economics faculty of San Francisco State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
David Green-Morgan is the Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV tasked with improving the transparency and professionalism of non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific. The role focuses on the use of good quality data and information to bring value and insight to members.
Prior to joining ANREV in 2025 David was with JLL as a member of the global capital markets research team and was also global head of research and strategy at MSCI. David was Managing Director for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific and also ran Asia Pacific research for DTZ.
David holds a degree and masters in Economics.
Vida Tandean is the Head of Asia Investments, Indirect Private Real Estate at CBRE Investment Management. Based in Singapore, she leads the sourcing, execution, and management of indirect real estate investments across Asia. Vida is responsible for overseeing more than USD4 billion in client capital, deployed across a diverse range of structures including funds, joint ventures, club deals, and programmatic partnerships. These investments span the risk-return spectrum from Core to Value-Add strategies, across multiple sectors including logistics, multifamily, commercial and data centres. In addition to her investment responsibilities, Vida represents CBRE Investment Management and its clients on several advisory committees.
Before joining CBRE Investment Management in December 2022, Vida was a Director at UBS Asset Management, where she played a key role in originating, underwriting, and delivering innovative real estate investment solutions for institutional clients. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade with Aberdeen’s Indirect Real Estate team, where she executed transactions across Asia Pacific.
Victor Law is an Senior Associate with CPP Investments’ Real Estate Asia team, based in Hong Kong, and is responsible for real estate investments and asset management in the region. Prior to joining CPP Investments, Victor was an Associate Director at Manulife Investment Management (“Manulife”), where he focused on real estate acquisitions across Asia. Prior to Manulife, Victor was an Analyst and a member of the Asia listed real estate investments team at LaSalle Investment Management.
Victor holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Aaron Lee is the Founder and CEO of Dash Living, Asia Pacific’s leading manager and operator of living sector assets across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. A serial entrepreneur who launched his first venture at 17, Aaron is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree with a track record spanning uBuyiBuy (acquired by Groupon in 2010), Mydress.com, Snapask, and Time Auction, a charity he chairs that empowers the next generation through skills-based volunteering and mentorship.
His vision is to redefine city living by combining affordability, flexibility, and community into a model that scales across Asia Pacific, making urban living more accessible and resilient for the next generation of professionals.
Isabella Lo is a Partner at Gaw Capital Partners, and leads the firm’s Japan business as Head of Japan and Managing Director. Gaw Capital Partners is a private equity fund management company focusing on real estate with US$34 billion assets under management and over 400 employees.
Isabella has led Gaw Capital’s investments in Japan since 2013. Under her leadership, Gaw Capital successfully completed many landmark transactions spanning all asset classes including hotel, office, retail, residential, logistics and data center. She also pioneered the first ever REIT privatization in Japan with the US$3 billion privatization of the Invesco Office J-REIT. With her unwavering efforts, she successfully led her firm to achieve “PERE’s Firm of the Year – Japan” in 2022, with the support and recognition from institutional investors and business partners. She was recently recognized by PEI (Private Equity International) as one of ten “Women of Influence in Private Markets” globally in 2023.
Isabella has over 20 years of experience in real estate and investment advisory. Prior to Gaw Capital, she was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank.
In addition to her achievements in real estate investments, Isabella advocates gender equality within her firm, and is active in the development of the private equity industry and the educational sector. She is a member of executive committee of Urban Land Institute Japan, the Real Asset Committee of Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association and the Huntsman Advisory Board at the University of Pennsylvania.
Isabella received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, concentrating in Finance and Accounting, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ryota Nagao has served as Managing Director and Head of Income Fund, Logistics at GLP Japan Inc. (Now part of Ares Management Corporation) since September 2024. In this role, he is responsible for formulating and executing key portfolio management strategies, including capital and investment management, fundraising, and investor relations for the firm’s open-ended logistics property fund.
Prior to joining GLP Japan, Ryota served as Chief Executive Officer of Myria Residential Co., Ltd. from May 2020 to August 2024. Myria Residential is a residential investment platform established by a major US state pension fund and during his tenure, Ryota played a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives across investments, operations, human resources, and finance.
Before joining Myria Residential, Ryota was Director of Fund Management at IDERA Capital Management Co., Ltd., where he raised EUR 350 million for a residential mandate backed by a major Dutch pension fund and subsequently served as portfolio and fund manager for the mandate.
Ryota began his career at BlackRock Japan Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for fund performance reporting and asset management strategies, contributing to the successful refinancing and divestment of key investments.
Wako Toyama serves as the Vice President at GLP Capital Partners Japan, where she is accountable for managing fund, including overseeing performance and underwriting acquisition projects for the Japan Income Fund, an open end fund managed by GLP.
Since joining GLP in 2019, she has been in charge of Japan Development Venture I and was responsible for restructuring the fund. Before joining GLP, she worked for the Real Estate Development division at Mitsui & Co, in charge of logistics facility development in South East Asia based in Singapore.
Wako holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Tohoku University and is a certified public accountant registered with the Guam Board of Accountancy.
Mr KHATRI has over 20 years' experience analysing macroeconomics and real estate markets, having formulated investment strategies that support asset allocation and secure investor capital across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. He started his career as an economist, focusing on macroeconomic research covering monetary policy, fiscal dynamics and fixed income across Europe. He then transitioned into the real estate sector, holding several key positions including Chief Economist at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Global Real Estate Strategist and subsequently Head of APAC Real Estate Research at Aberdeen. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Research at Phoenix Property Investors, where he worked with the Chief Investment Officer to develop investment strategies and asset allocation policies.
Mr KHATRI holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Economics from the University of London’s SOAS and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Jimmy is based in Hong Kong with Link Real Estate Partners, the third-party capital management platform of Link Asset Management, where he is responsible for fund management. Prior to joining Link, Jimmy was a member of the international investments team at QuadReal, where he spent eight years executing the firm’s investment strategies across the United States and Asia-Pacific, covering various sectors including logistics, for-rent residential, student housing, office, and data centres.
Jimmy graduated cum laude from New York University with a BS in Construction Management and a minor in Finance.
Linh is a Director at Macquarie Asset Management (MAM). She works with the Real Estate Client Solutions Group, leading product development and capital raising across APAC for MAM Real Estate funds and ventures, including its flagship opportunistic fund, Macquarie Real Estate Partners.
Before joining Macquarie, Linh worked across product development and capital raising and was Fund Manager of an impact office and industrial fund at EG, a specialist Australian real estate fund manager. In this role, Linh managed a portfolio of institutional quality assets across the Australian Eastern seaboard and led the development and implementation of the fund’s impact framework, including its unique ESG strategy.
Prior to this, Linh held roles at EY in London and KPMG in Sydney.
Linh holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of New South Wales and is a Chartered Accountant.
Masami Takizawa serves as the Representative Director and Head of Japan at Patrizia, overseeing investments in Japan and managing both inbound and outbound capital raising for Patrizia's global funds.
Before joining Patrizia in 2020, Masami was instrumental in capital raising from Japanese investors at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and UBS Asset Management. She has also held various key roles at international banks such as Morgan Stanley, Societe Générale, and Westdeutsche Immobilienbank, where she played a pivotal role in launching their CMBS, mortgage lending, and other real estate platforms in Japan.
Masami holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Keio University.
Joined the company in September 2025. Prior to joining, he served as an Executive Officer at DWS Investment Japan Limited and as Head of Alternatives Specialists for the Asia-Pacific region at DWS Group. Until December 2018, he was Head of Real Estate, Japan.
Before that, he worked at Prudential Real Estate Investors (now PGIM Real Estate) as a Managing Director, engaged in business development and portfolio management in Japan. Until 2011, he served as Executive Director in the Investment Banking Division, Real Estate Group, at Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities / Morgan Stanley.
He began his career at Mitsui Fudosan and, as an original member of Mitsui Fudosan Investment Advisors, was involved in a wide range of operations from real estate investment to securitization.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Keio University, an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of International Studies from the Universityʼs School of Arts and Sciences.
Claire Tang is a Partner at Rava Partners, where she leads logistics and industrial investments and spearheads the development of niche real asset platforms across the region. Prior to joining Rava Partners, Claire served as Co-Chief Investment Officer for Asia Pacific at LaSalle, overseeing assets under management exceeding US$19 billion and co-managing the firm’s flagship Asia opportunity fund series. With over 20 years of industry experience, she has executed transactions totaling more than US$6 billion and played a pivotal role in strategic growth and capital raising initiatives throughout Asia Pacific. Claire holds a bachelor’s degree from Babson College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and HKUST.
Yuki Nishiyama is a member of the Capability Specialists team for the Real Estate & Private Markets business, part of UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM). Yuki joined UBS-AM in July, 2019, and is based in Japan. She currently plays an active role doing performance reporting updates and RFP for both existing and potential clients.
Before her current position with UBS, Yuki spent several years in the Finance team at DWS based in Tokyo, focused on regional management and regulatory reporting. Prior to this, she worked at SMBC Nikko Securities , handling the launching of new mutual funds for retail investors and performing enhanced marketing activities.
Yuki is a CMA (Certificate-holder Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan).
Eric Lee is based in Tokyo, joined Warburg Pincus in 2024, and is a Principal in the Real Estate group, focusing on real estate investments in Japan. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Eric was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, where he focused on real estate private equity and platform investments in Japan. He previously worked at Westbrook Partners and Goldman Sachs, and has experience across real estate equity and credit investments. Eric received a BA in International Liberal Studies from Waseda University.
