Christopher Garbe is Managing Partner of GARBE, a European market leader shaping the future of real estate across logistics, urban real estate, and infrastructure assets. With international experience from Westfield in Australia and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney, he has transformed GARBE into a trusted partner for sustainable, long-term value creation.
Beyond his leadership in real estate, Christopher invests in hospitality, sports, and social ventures, combining entrepreneurship with a clear vision: building places and platforms that empower business, community, and society. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program.

Thomas Kallenbrunnen is Managing Director of GARBE Capital & Strategy and GARBE Infrastructure, where he drives strategic investment initiatives across Europe. With more than 20 years of experience in investment strategy and execution, complex transactions, secondaries and business building, Thomas plays a key role in expanding GARBE’s platform and strengthening its position as a trusted partner for sustainable, long-term value creation for global institutional investors.
Before joining GARBE in 2021, Thomas was responsible for European Core strategies as a Managing Director at PGIM real estate. He helped to build a real estate and infrastructure multi manager platform with AuM of 12bnEUR for German institutional investors as Head of Alternative Investments at Helaba Invest. Thomas worked in valuation and transaction advisory at PwC. He holds a PhD in Economics from Saarland University (with a focus on PPP infrastructure projects) and graduated from the TRIUM Global Executive MBA program (HEC Paris, NYU Stern, London School of Economics).
Among his signature achievements are the acquisition of GRR GARBE Retail, Germany’s largest secondaries transaction, and the launch of multiple Core and Core+ real assets funds, underscoring his ability to translate strategic vision into impactful results.

Christoph is CEO of GARBE Urban Real Estate. He is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s strategy for residential, mixed-use, and urban quarter developments. Christoph has over 30 years of experience in the property industry. Previous positions include Deutsche Bank, Union Investment, Calliston and Hines. Before GARBE, he was Managing Director and co-head of the German platform of HINES for more than 15 years.
Christoph has extensive experience in the office, residential, retail, hotel and logistics asset classes. Particularly in the office and residential sector, he successfully led several landmark deals for international investors. He also has completed project developments valuing more than €3bn. During his tenure at HINES, he has played a key role in expanding the Hines’ platform in Germany from €400 million to more than €12 billion AUM.
Christoph holds a degree in business administration from the University of Hamburg.

Chenhui is a Managing Director at GARBE Capital & Strategy, managing the Asian business for GARBE. He opened GARBE’s office in Singapore in 2024 and leads its Asian effort. He is responsible for capital raising and investor relationships, as well as exploring investment opportunities in the APAC region. Chenhui brings more than 15 years of experience in banking, investment and fund management, capital market in the real estate industry.
Before joining GARBE, he was head of portfolio and capital management at Boyu Real Estate, an Asian PERE company based in Singapore. Prior to Boyu, he worked at Helaba Invest in Frankfurt for 7.5 years, where he led more than EUR 2bn transactions through direct, indirect and club deals in Europe and built a 1 billion Asian multi-manager platform backed by European institutional investors. Chenhui started his career at Aareal Bank in real estate structured finance in both Europe and Asia.
Chenhui holds Master of Science in Real Estate Management from Bauhaus University Weimar and an MBA from Kellogg and WHU. He is also a CFA charterholder since 2015.
