Michael Puli
Director, Sustainable Solutions Group
ING Australia

Michael joined ING in early 2023 and is responsible for helping clients finance and communicate their sustainability strategy. 

Prior experience includes leading Mizuho's ESG Advisory for corporates in APAC and working for S&P Global Ratings completing ESG ratings, second party opinions, and credit ratings. His career started at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) working in policy development and bank supervision.

Qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce and Information Systems at the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Economics at the University of Sydney. Michael also spent a year at Georgetown University. 

Jorge Chapa

As the Chief Impact Officer at GBCA, Jorge ensures GBCA’s strategic priorities, partnerships, products and services, including Green Star, accelerate the transformation of Australia’s built environment – delivering healthier, more resilient, and positive places for people and nature. His work at GBCA was recently recognised as the Australian Financial Review’s Sustainability Leaders for the built environment. 

He is a member of Climate Bond Initiative’s Low Carbon Buildings Technical Working Group, GRESB’s Real Estate Standards Committee, Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor’s Global Industry Committee, and represented WorldGBC in Science Based Target Initiatives Buildings Technical Expert Group. He is also a Board Director at GreenFleet. 

Steven Pringle
Head of APAC
GRESB

Steven Pringle, CFA is the Head of Asia Pacific at GRESB, a mission-driven, industry-led organization that provides ESG benchmarks and insights for real assets across climate-critical industries. In this role, Steven is responsible for the strategic development and stakeholder engagement across the region. Prior to this role, Steven held leadership positions at GRESB in Europe, including Director of Member Relations and Director of Business Development for the EMEA region.

Before joining GRESB, Steven worked at Pindan Capital, where he held multiple roles spanning investment management, business development, and investor relations. He began his career as an Account Manager at Deutsche Bank, gaining foundational experience in financial services.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Science from Curtin University and is a CFA charter holder.

Foo Peng Er
Vice President, Group Sustainability
CapitaLand Investment

Peng Er is Vice President for Group Sustainability at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), a leading global real asset manager with a strong Asia foothold. Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self storage, data centres. She works closely with the business units and corporate teams in CapitaLand Investment to implement the CapitaLand Investment 2030 Sustainability Master Plan, which includes targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).  She spearheads the publication of CLI’s externally assured Global Sustainability Report, providing transparency to CLI’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy and performance. She also ensures that CLI’s performance is regularly benchmarked against international standards and frameworks, such as ISSB, TCFD, GRI, UNGC, UN PRI, as well as indices such as GRESB, Dow Jones Best-in Class, MSCI ESG Ratings, FTSE4Good.

Peng Er is a member of the REITAS Sustainability Taskforce and Singapore Sustainable Finance Association (SSFA) Transition Finance Workstream.  She was previously a member of the SBTi Expert Advisory Group for Buildings, GRESB Asian Benchmark Committee, an elected board member of the Singapore Green Building Council (2010-2021) and the Workplace Safety and Health Council’s Construction & Landscape Committee.
