David Green-Morgan
Director of Research and Professional Standards
ANREV

David Green-Morgan is the Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV tasked with improving the transparency and professionalism of non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific. The role focuses on the use of good quality data and information to bring value and insight to members.

Prior to joining ANREV in 2025 David was with JLL as a member of the global capital markets research team and was also global head of research and strategy at MSCI. David was Managing Director for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific and also ran Asia Pacific research for DTZ.

David holds a degree and masters in Economics.

Leif Andersson
Founder
Areim

Leif is the sole founder of Areim and serves on the board of directors. He works actively with fundraising and transactions. Leif is one of the five voting members and chairman of Areim’s Investment Committee. He is also the chairman of EcoDataCenter, a Nordic datacentre company fully owned by Areim DC Fund. In 2013, Leif co-founded Infranode, a Nordic infrastructure fund manager.

Leif has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to founding Areim, Leif worked as the Head of Investments at AP Fund (1-3) where he was responsible for strategy and research, transactions and redevelopment projects. He is one of the founders of INREV, where he served on the board of directors from 2003 until 2011. Leif also served on the board of directors for CA Fastigheter, a private property company from 2004 until 2022.

Leif holds a MSc degree in Real Estate and Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Erik Vikbladh
CIO, Partner
Areim

Erik is the Chief Investment Officer and a partner at Areim. He is responsible for developing the investment strategy of the company. He also oversees the management of Areim’s investment team alongside his role as part of the senior management team. Since joining Areim in 2013, Erik has been involved in approximately €7bn of transactions across several sectors and countries. Prior to Areim, Erik worked in the Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan in London, focusing on telecom and technology. 

Erik holds a MSc degree in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Gloria Chan-Cook
Investor Relations
Areim

Gloria is responsible for capital raising and investor relations at Areim. She has over 18 years of experience in investor relations. Prior to joining Areim in Stockholm, Gloria was Head of Client Services at Rockspring (now PATRIZIA) in London where she led a team of four managing relationships with over 200 LPs. She was responsible for developing communication strategies and overseeing day-to-day investor communications. Earlier in her career, Gloria worked at MGPA in London, at the Securities and Futures Commission and various investor relations roles in Hong Kong.

Gloria holds an MA in Linguistics from the University of Birmingham, and the Investment Management Certificate by the UK CFA Society.

Kenny Sim
Executive Director, Investments, Asia
IGIS Asia Investment Management

Kenny has 18 years of real estate market experience in Asia. Kenny focuses on deal origination, structuring of investment deals and partnerships, investments execution across Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia and select SEA countries in his current role in IGIS Asia Investment Management.

Kenny is also involved in the creation of new fund vehicles, focusing on new economy real estate investment themes in data centers, living and hospitality, life science, logistics and debt or special situation credit, while assisting to grow the business capabilities and asset under management for IGIS Asia.  Kenny joined IGIS Asia in 2021.

Prior to IGIS Asia, Kenny invested and managed property deals in Korea, Japan, Australia and China across various sectors in office, logistic, rental residential and retail with Straits Real Estate. Earlier in his career, Kenny was part of the TH Real Estate Asia team (now renamed as Nuveen) where he was involved in the management of its outlet mall vehicle and its Asia Fund vehicle with regional properties held across gateway cities in Asia.
