Yvonne leads product development, client services, and marketing communications for CapitaLand Investment (CLI) ’s private funds, while also spearheading the growth of its private wealth business.

Yvonne has more than 20 years of experience across the real estate spectrum, focusing on origination, underwriting investors' returns, due diligence and structuring real estate investment opportunities for clients globally. Prior to joining CLI, Yvonne was the Head of Real Estate Advisory and Investments at the Bank of Singapore. Before joining the bank in 2019, she was the Executive Director, Global Capital Markets at CBRE. Before that, she was the Head of Asia Real Estate at Citi Private Bank.

Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore.

Kin Chan
Managing Director & Market Head Greater China

Kin is the Managing Director and Market Head at Standard Chartered Global Private Bank based in Hong Kong.  He sits on the management committee which shapes the private bank’s strategic initiatives with a focus on ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients in Greater China.

Previously, he was the Senior Market Head at DBS Private Bank, where he led a team of over 30 relationship managers (RMs) also focused on the Greater China market. His leadership drove significant growth and expansion of DBS’ private bank franchise in North Asia.  One of the key pillars in achieving this was his establishing a cross-division real estate ecosystem which leveraged on bank’s full spectrum of capabilities across investment and corporate banking for the most significant clients in North Asia.  This included capital raising and balance sheet support for asset financing across multiple jurisdictions in London, Singapore and Hong Kong.  

Kin has also held senior roles at Citi, UBS, and Nomura. He holds a Master's degree in Financial Regulation and Risk Management and is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong.

Today, the company’s portfolio spans dozens of buildings. Henry divides his time between Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Michael Ng

Michael Ng is Managing Director of Nexara capital and he has more than 20 years of experience in investment and fund raising in the primary market. He has previously worked at the Jones Lang Lasalle, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, several investment banks including BOCOM International and Taihe Capital, focusing on investment and fund raising for pre-IPO and real estate sectors. He is responsible for the investment of the asset management company and acting as the responsible officer of the SFC licensed corporation. He graduated from University of Michigan with a Master of Science in Finance and graduated from University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics.

Daniel is part of JLL’s 18 person strategically located International Capital Coverage team, tasked with covering Hong Kong based clients with requirements to invest in real estate outside of Greater China.

He assists in the education of new markets, distribution of product and in the transaction process for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private and listed companies in Hong Kong to investment opportunities abroad, with the aim of generating attractive risk adjusted returns and diversifying investment portfolios.
