Ted Roy is Head of Investments and Capital, Real Estate, APAC. Ted joined the company in 2007. From 2007-2012 he was a portfolio manager on the flagship £4bn UK Pooled Pension Fund where he managed a £500m portfolio across all sectors. In Q2 2012, he switched to working on the firm's Long Lease Fund where he predominantly was responsible for UK acquisitions and development fundings transacting over £1.5bn. In Q3 2016, he relocated to Asia where he became Deputy Fund Manager of the Global Real Estate Fund with responsibility for the APAC portfolio management as well as assisting the wider APAC Direct team in growing the presence and platform in the region most notably in South Korea and Japan. He is now driving the investment strategy for the region as well as cultivating and growing key relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders. Ted graduated with a BSC in Combined Social Science from the University of Bath, a MSC in Property from the University of Aberdeen and a IPF Diploma from the University of Cambridge. He also is an accredited member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors

Gordon sits on the APAC Capital Markets Board and was elevated to Head of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific in 2022.
In the role of Head of Capital Markets, he is tasked with driving the firm’s Capital Markets strategy around regional clients and institutional investors and works with the brokerage teams across Asia Pacific. Gordon joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and has over 15 years of real estate experience in Asia Pacific, covering strategic advice, investor relations, capital raising and brokerage. He has led divestment campaigns on individual assets and significant portfolios across multiple asset classes.
Having previously been actively involved in Asian outbound capital, he is also well versed on global real estate markets and their drivers of growth. Gordon started his real estate career in London in the late 1990’s.

Eric Wurtzebach is the Global Head of Real Estate for Macquarie Asset Management (MAM). In this role, he leads the firm’s global real estate platform, overseeing strategy, execution and portfolio company development across a diverse range of sectors, including logistics, living, storage and other specialized asset classes.
Eric is a member of the MAM Executive Committee and MAM New Products Committee, and serves on the Investment Committees for Macquarie Real Estate Partners Asia I, Macquarie Real Estate Partners, Macquarie Real Estate Partners US II, and FIBRA Macquarie.
Since joining Macquarie in 2008, Eric has played a key role in expanding the firm’s global real estate presence. He previously served as Head of Americas Real Estate, where he led principal investment and asset management initiatives across the region. With over 30 years of experience, Eric brings deep expertise across investment banking, principal investment, and corporate advisory.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Trinity University.

Gretchen Yuan is the Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Fundraising at JD Property, the real estate arm of JD.com, Asia’s largest e-commerce company and the world’s second largest e-commerce company by revenue (ranked #44 on Fortune Global 500). She leads overseas investment and operations, driving innovative logistics and warehouse solutions across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Mexico, partnering with global investors to enhance supply chains. A Harvard graduate and Joint Japan World Bank Scholarship recipient, Gretchen combines financial expertise with sustainable development. She founded the Asia chapter of WiRE (Women in Real Estate), fostering leadership among female professionals.

Li Fan is a Managing Director of Warburg Pincus Singapore. He joined Warburg Pincus in 2010 and focuses on real estate investments in Asia. He also worked at KKR, M3 Capital Partners, and Gaw Capital Partners. He is currently a Board Director of Lodgis Hospitality, BW Industrial, Storhub Self Storage, NWP Property, and Qube Industrial. Li holds a Master of Philosophy in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science in Economics from HKUST Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fudan University.
