The ANREV briefing on the India Investment & Logistics Forum on June 2, 2025 was successfully held in Singapore.
This event provided an update on India market and opportunities for GPs and LPs. We brought together key players and thought leaders in the investment community in India. This event concluded with networking drinks.

Andrew Burych is a Managing Partner and Head of East Asia for Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for investment and portfolio management in the region, including Greater China, South Korea, Japan and South East Asia. He has held several positions across the organization including roles with the North American and European real estate teams.
Prior to joining Brookfield 2010, Mr. Burych worked at M3 Capital Partners in the U.K.
Mr. Burych holds a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Toronto.

Before joining Blackstone in 2014, Mr. Garg was a Director with Religare’s asset management business and prior to that worked with Deutsche Bank and The Chatterjee Group on pan- India real estate investments and asset management.
Mr. Garg received a Master of Business Administration from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, is a qualified accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has received an Honors Degree in Commerce from the University of Kolkata.

Sanjeev Dasgupta is the CEO of CapitaLand Investment (India), responsible for driving the growth and management of the company in India across multiple asset classes and funds. Prior to this role, he was CEO of CapitaLand India Trust, Asia’s first India-focused property trust listed in Singapore.
Sanjeev has over 26 years of experience in real estate fund management, corporate finance, strategy development and financial control.
Prior to joining CapitaLand, he was President of Real Estate at ICICI Venture Funds Management Co. Ltd., where he was responsible for real estate investments and funds management of around USD 600 million. Sanjeev’s key achievements included the creation of a real estate structured investment product and a managed account platform through which he led investments in Mumbai, NCR and Bangalore.
Before joining ICICI Venture, Sanjeev was Managing Director at Future Capital Real Estate. He also worked with organisations such as Tata Group and Merrill Lynch across India, Hong Kong and London.
Sanjeev holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School. He is a qualified chartered accountant and a graduate company secretary.

Anu has over 25 years of tax experience working in Singapore, Switzerland and India, out of which 19 years can be attributed to Singapore.
She has a special focus on real estate and has served a wide portfolio of clients, comprising mostly multinationals.
She has been involved in advising a number of clients on fund/ investment structures in the region including India

Priyank Shah is head of fund management and strategic business development at Logicap Management, the logistics fund management entity of Rava Partners. Rava Partner’s new real estate fund is actively deploying in the India market. Shah joined Logicap last year after nearly 13 years at JLL in Singapore and India covering cross boarder equity advisory across the Asia Pacific region and a brief stint as a interest rate derivatives trader
In his current role he looks after capital partnerships and business development for new investments to grow out the fund management business within the platforms new economy sectors such as logistics industrial and digital infrastructure
Shah has over 15 years of experience having worked with several large capital providers and real estate platforms advising them on their capital strategies.
