Bastian Wolff is a Founding Partner at Aquilius Investment Partners, a specialized provider of secondaries solutions in Asia Pacific. Mr. Wolff has a long career in real estate investing in the region and deployed over US$2 billion in secondaries since 2007. Prior to Aquilius, he worked at Partners Group for 15 years where he was the Head of Private Real Estate in Asia based in Singapore, serving on the firm’s real estate investment committee since 2012. Mr. Wolff holds a Master of Science degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, USA and a Master of Science degree in business administration from Justus Liebig University, Germany.

Durga is a research analyst within JLL's Asia Pacific Capital Markets research team. She analyses CRE fundamentals, capital trends, transaction activity and sentiment across traditional and alternative sectors. Previously, she worked in equity research, covering consumer discretionary and industrial stocks. Her professional background includes experience in data analytics and consulting, with stints at Merck, McKinsey, Heineken and Enterprise Singapore.
