ANREV Lunch briefing

05 Jun 2024 @ Hong Kong

ANREV is pleased to invite you to join a lunch briefing in Hong Kong on 5 June.

Join us as we discuss the impact of increasing financing costs in the Asia Pacific commercial real estate market and the ongoing debt funding gap issues that have arisen in the current market.

CBRE APAC Research estimates that there is at least US$257 billion of current outstanding senior commercial real estate debt in Asia Pacific, with a debt funding gap of US$8.4 billion set to emerge in the region between 2024 and 2026.

CBRE will illustrate the factors contributing to this gap, the sectors and markets likely to be most affected, and the implications for the real estate investment community.
Don't miss out on this insightful event. We look forward to welcoming you!
