"Re-discovering HK" is a series of property tours to showcase various types of properties in the city and how they are creating a positive impact on the local community.

ANREV Young Professionals Working Group is pleased to invite you to join the fourth tour on 9 May 2024 in Hong Kong.

O’ South Coast is a waterfront development and unique retail opportunity that is breathing new life into the East of the city, managed by Phoenix Property Investors.

Located in the vibrant residential area of Tseung Kwan O, O’South Coast consists of three brand new, state-of-the-art shopping destinations: Savannah Place, Monterey Place, and Capri Place.

O’ South Coast has obtained numerous green building certifications including BEAM Plus Existing Buildings Version 2.0 Final Platinum and LEED EBOM v4.1 Gold Rating and continued to conduct regular assessment on energy consumption and carbon performance to ensure sustainable environment for the occupants.

After the site tour, participants will gather for a few drinks at Oolaa TKO.

Tour Leads

Jenny Cheung
Head of Sustainability and Investor Relations Director
Phoenix Property Investors

Ms. Cheung is responsible for marketing Phoenix’s investment services, developing and maintain client and consultant relationships. She led the taskforce to drive sustainable development and ESG initiatives across the APAC platform, with a priority on decarbonization, diversity, and ensuring adoption of transparent and accountable governance frameworks such as GRESB and UNSDG.
 
She previously held the role of Head of Asset Management and managed Phoenix’s Pan-Asia residential portfolio with a Gross Asset Value of over US$2 billion. She and her team worked closely with Phoenix’s project management team to bring the best practices to the APAC assets portfolio with considerations on sustainable design, community engagement and transparency, as well as pursuing market-leading environmental certifications.
 
Prior to joining Phoenix, Ms. Cheung served in various positions at Swire Properties and Sino Group, accumulating over 20 years of experience in large-scale and luxury residential and multifamily portfolios across Asia Pacific.

Esther Lui
Director, Asset Management
Phoenix Property Investors

Esther is a Director of Asset Management at Phoenix Property Investors since 2017. She oversees the commercial and retail properties managed by Phoenix in Hong Kong. She has 20 years of work experience in the real estate asset management covering asset planning, asset positioning, leasing, events & promotions, asset enhancement, property management, carpark operation and ESG initiative of each asset. Prior to joining Phoenix, Esther worked at Nan Fung Properties, Ralph Lauren Asia Pacific and Hang Lung Properties as management trainee.

Antoine Nguy
Vice President, Hong Kong Investments
Phoenix Property Investors

Antoine Nguy is a Vice President of Phoenix’s Investment Team based in Hong Kong and is responsible for investment opportunities in Asia Pacific, with a particular focus on Hong Kong and Singapore. Prior to joining Phoenix, Antoine worked at Sino Group where he was formulating and implementing asset enhancement initiatives and value-add strategies across all property types in Hong Kong.
 
Antoine holds a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, and a Master of Science from Ecole Centrale de Nantes. He currently serves as a committee member of the HK Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Group.
