25 Jan 2024 @ Web Access

This webinar is successfully held on 25 January 2024.

Higher interest rates through 2023 caused real estate investors to pause on transactions.  As we enter 2024 the market is adjusting to the new normal of the higher cost of debt and acceptance that interest rate risk management should be a priority. This webinar experts from Chatham Financial will give an overview of the interest rate environment for Real Estate and how borrowers are hedging against this risk.  This session will also cover the impact of higher rates on the valuation of debt for real estate funds.
