The 2024 ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions survey covers allocations and investment intentions of major institutional investors and funds of funds managers. Ms. Amélie Delaunay, ANREV's Senior Director of Research & Professional Standards will share with us the key highlights of the survey. This event will kick off by macroeconomy update, followed survey results presentation and panel discussion, conclude with networking drinks.

Nick Wilson
Associate Director, Real Estate Economic Service
Oxford Economics

Nick joined Oxford Economics in July 2022 to lead the Real Estate Economic Service (REES) for Asia Pacific. Nick is responsible for researching, forecasting and analysing commercial real estate trends across all major markets and sectors in the region. He has over 12 years of experience researching and advising clients on commercial real estate strategies, covering direct, indirect and listed markets. Nick holds a Masters (MSc) in Finance from the University of Ulster, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Real Estate) from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Amelie Delaunay
Senior Director, Research & Professional Standards
ANREV

Amélie Delaunay is the Senior Director of Research and Professional Standards for ANREV, the Asian association for investors in non-listed real estate vehicles where she leads a team of five, responsible for the development and implementation of ANREV’s Research, Market information and Professional Standards programmes in Asia Pacific, including ANREV indices, global surveys and promotion of best practices for the industry.

Amélie has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong real estate consulting background initially with Ernst & Young. She has been based in Asia for more than 16 years.

Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she was awarded a post graduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning and Real Estate, Amélie also has an Advanced Master's Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Amélie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Yuneswaran Keraishnasamy

Yunes is a partner at PwC’s Asset and Wealth Management practice in Singapore, specialising in real estate and private equity funds. He is a recognised leader with a 19-year track record, serving many of the firm’s most complex private asset clients. His experience ranges from serving start-up managers to serving large global managers. Between 2014 and 2016, he undertook a secondment with PwC New York where he was the lead engagement manager for a multinational and multibillion -dollar private equity and real estate funds. Following his return to Singapore, his focus has been to lead PwC Singapore’s service offering in the private assets space, building up the technical expertise and resources to establish PwC Singapore’s assurance private equity and real assets funds segment. Yunes brings specialist expertise to the private asset class to help tackle any tough challenges and provide a trusted point of view on accounting, valuation, and financial reporting matters.

Bastian Wolff

Bastian Wolff is a Founding Partner at Aquilius Investment Partners, a specialized provider of secondaries solutions in Asia Pacific. Mr. Wolff has a long career in real estate investing in the region and deployed over US$2 billion in secondaries since 2007. Prior to Aquilius, he worked at Partners Group for 15 years where he was the Head of Private Real Estate in Asia based in Singapore, serving on the firm’s real estate investment committee since 2012. Mr. Wolff holds a Master of Science degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, USA and a Master of Science degree in business administration from Justus Liebig University, Germany.

Tae Yamada
Joint General Manager, Corporate Finance & Strategic Investment (APAC)

Tae Yamada joined DBJ Singapore in 2011. She has extensive work experience in corporate and structured finance and private fund investments within various sectors, including transportation, real estate, infrastructure, logistics, and hospitality. She is currently responsible for managing the debt/strategic investments portfolio in APAC region. Within the real estate sector, her team has worked extensively with Singapore REITs and Australian Unlisted Private Real Estate funds over the last 10 years.

Prior to joining DBJ Sigapore, she was engaged in various strategic advisory projects in US-brased consulting firms. She has experience in M&A, cost reduction initiatives, financial vaulations, industry & benchmark research, and market entry assessment. She holds Master's degree in Development Studeis from the Univeristy of Cambridge, UK, and a BA degree in Policy Management from Keio University, Japan.

Josephine Yip
Senior Director – Investments & Asset Management, Asia Pacific
Ivanhoé Cambridge

Josephine Yip is Senior Director, Investments & Asset Management at Ivanhoé Cambridge, a real estate subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. She is responsible for designing and executing investment and asset-management strategies in the Asia-Pacific region.

She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry covering investments, asset management and portfolio management across many sectors and countries in Asia-Pacific.

Before joining Ivanhoé Cambridge, she was Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management at Alpha Investment Partners where she led portfolio management and capital raising activities. She was also formerly Vice-President, Investment Management at GIC, covering Australia, South-east Asia, India and Korea over a 12-year stint. She has a wide-ranging and versatile investment track record and is well-versed in portfolio deals with operating platforms in alternative real estate sectors.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) with Honors and is a CFA® Charterholder.
