Greg Hyland
Head of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific

Greg Hyland is the Head of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific for CBRE. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for all of CBRE’s Capital Markets teams across the region.

He is accountable for the day-to-day management of all Capital Markets businesses and operations including real estate investment sales and debt and structured finance, across North Asia, South East Asia and India, and Pacific.

Throughout his career, Greg has positioned himself as one Asia Pacific’s leading Capital Markets professionals and established deep relationships with some of the world’s leading real estate investors.

In the past five years, he has advised on more than $10 billion of real estate transactions.

David Sleet

The GPT Group

David was appointed Fund Manager of the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund (GWSCF) in December 2021, and has over 25 years' experience in the property industry. David joined The GPT Group in 2005 as Capital Transactions Manager - Retail.

Prior to joining GWSCF as Deputy Fund Manager in February 2016, David was Development Manager - Retail, with responsiblility for the masterplanning of the next stages of Rouse Hill Town Centre - a major transit oriented, mixed use centre in the North-West of Sydney. This included project formulation, gaining development approvals and the acquisition, subdivision and partial on-sale of land.

David’s previous experience includes five years at Lendlease in asset and portfolio management, development and capital transactions.

Chris Blackmore
Fund Manager GWOF

Reporting to the Fund’s majority independent Board, Chris is responsible for managing all aspects of the GPT Wholesale Office Fund, including risk, strategy setting, capital management and investment performance, incorporating development, capital transactions, leasing and asset management. He has over 20 years of real estate experience, centred on investment management in commercial property, for listed and wholesale vehicles, with a strong corporate governance focus.

Chris re-joined GPT in May 2022 and has held senior property roles at several industry leading organisations, including Lendlease, The GPT Group (2004 -2016), Macquarie Group and Legal & General. His most recent roles include Fund Manager of Lendlease’s Sydney Place Club Fund and prior to that, Fund Manager of GPT’s ASX-listed Metro Office Fund, from IPO until its sale.

Callum Bramah
Head of Strategy & Wholesale Capital

Callum joined GPT Group in January 2014 and is responsible for driving group and divisional strategy, M&A and wholesale capital. Callum is a member of the GPT Group Investment Committee. Prior to GPT Group, Callum worked at Macquarie for 11-years where he held the roles of Head of Property Research for Asia-Pacific based in Hong Kong, Head of Property Research for Australia, Head of Transport Research for Australia, Senior Analyst Consumer & Retail for Australia. Callum has a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Science from the Australian National University.

Nathan Schubert

Nathan Schubert is a Senior Managing Director and leads the firm’s Growth and Income platform. He also sits on the Investment Committee of Crow Holdings Capital.

Nathan began his real estate career in 2003 and has been with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 2014. Prior to joining CHC, Nathan was with JPI, where he served in various multifamily development, acquisition, and asset management roles.

Nathan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas and is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council and The Real Estate Council.

Brice Hafner
Co-Head of Industrial Strategy
Crow Holdings

Brice Hafner is Senior Managing Director in the Industrial Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he is responsible for the oversight of all industrial acquisitions, development, leasing, and dispositions in the Western region of the United States. He currently sits on the CHC Investment Committee.

Brice joined CHC in 2011 as a financial analyst, eventually transferring into an asset management role. In 2017, Brice joined Panattoni Development Company where he served as a Partner and was responsible for industrial developments, acquisitions, and leasing for the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He re-joined CHC in 2018 as a Director in the Industrial Group. Brice received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Southern Methodist University.
