Charles HaaseChief ExecutiveCharles Haase is Chief Executive of ANREV, the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles. ANREV is a member driven non-profit organization producing research and indices relevant to the private real estate industry in Asia Pacific, and promoting improved transparency and best practices across the region.
Prior to joining ANREV, Charlie had experience on both sides of the investment table, working for Aetos Japan and Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation in Tokyo, and for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System in the United States. Prior to joining CalSTRS, Charlie was on the Economics faculty of San Francisco State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Samantha LeeSenior Manager - Finance, HR & AdministrationSamantha Lee is the Senior Manager of ANREV. She has been working with the association since May 2012. Samantha is responsible for the day to day operations of the office, including finance, HR and administration. Prior to joining ANREV, Samantha worked at Cohn & Wolfe Impactasia.

David Green-MorganDirector of Research and Professional StandardsDavid Green-Morgan is the Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV tasked with improving the transparency and professionalism of non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific. The role focuses on the use of good quality data and information to bring value and insight to members.
Prior to joining ANREV in 2025 David was with JLL as a member of the global capital markets research team and was also global head of research and strategy at MSCI. David was Managing Director for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific and also ran Asia Pacific research for DTZ.
David holds a degree and masters in Economics.

Sebastian earned his BBA from the University of Bradford and an MSc Real Estate from University College London.

Prior to joining ANREV, Marian was working at Preqin to lead the APAC Investor Research team, overseeing data strategy, quality control, and market coverage across the region. Marian played a key role in shaping research frameworks, managing large-scale data projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
Marian is dedicated to driving data integrity, innovation, and value through evidence-based insights.

Glen ChueData EngineerGlen graduated with a double degree in Chemistry and Psychology from the prestigious National University of Singapore (NUS).
Fuelled by an insatiable curiosity and a knack for problem-solving, Glen transitioned into the realm of Data Engineering post-graduation. Here, he found his niche; his adeptness at navigating complex datasets and optimizing data flow pathways quickly earned him recognition within the industry.

Daisy HuangDirector, Performance Measurement & AnalyticsDaisy Huang is the Director of Performance Measurement & Analytics in ANREV, responsible for fund performance measurement, indices development & implementation. She has over 20 years’ experience in many aspects of the real estate investment industry, including financial modelling, negotiation, due diligence to acquisition completion, post completion investment management, bank financing, currency hedging, portfolio budgeting and performance forecast, investor reporting etc.
Prior to joining ANREV, Ms. Huang worked in Citic Capital & Goodman. She holds a Master of Economics degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Danielle KoSenior Director, EventsDanielle Ko joined ANREV in 2011 and currently the Senior Director of Events. In this role, she leads ANREV’s events, young professionals, and mentorship initiatives that are beneficial to ANREV members and non-listed real estate fund professionals.
Before joining ANREV, Danielle held positions in hotel services, food & beverage management, property management, and investor relations.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from University of Surrey and a Master of Science in Business Psychology from University of Worcester. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Nicole TakanoJapanese Institutions ManagerNicole Takano is Manager for the Japan markets at ANREV, mainly consolidating communications with Japanese institutions and supporting ANREV’s activities in relation to Japan and Japanese members. A long-term resident of Hong Kong, Nicole worked in corporate banking and commercial real estate sector for over 20 years before joining ANREV.
Nicole has a BA from Waseda University, Tokyo, and a Master of Management from Macquarie University, Sydney, and is well versed in Japanese, English and Cantonese.
