ANREV Young Professionals Working Group Australia and PCA are pleased to invite you to a panel discussion on 18 August 2016 at CBRE’s Melbourne office. At this event, industry experts will explore the evolution of innovation and technology in property industry, challenges and opportunities that we are facing. They will also share their experience in their career path which will be very beneficial to our young professionals. The panel discussion will be followed by networking drinks.

Jonathan Hannam

Jonathan Hannam has more than 20 years’ of global real estate and venture capital experience, combining strategic roles, fund management, investment and consulting experience with a clear understanding of real estate fundamentals such as development, asset management and leasing.
In 2015, Jonathan jointly founded the Taronga Group of companies with a focus on real estate,

investment and innovation. Taronga Ventures has recently launched an Early Stage Venture Capital Fund called Real Tech Ventures Fund I, focussed on delivering innovation to the real estate sector.
Jonathan is currently Mirvac’s representative Board Director on the Etihad Stadium in Melbourne and is a Global Advisory Committee member for the ASX listed software company Tomizone.


From 2013-2015, Jonathan was Group Executive, Capital, at Mirvac and responsible for third party capital, establishing new funds, clubs and joint ventures. Previously, Jonathan held various senior roles with Areim and Catella Reim and from 2005-2008, Jonathan was Head of Real Estate, Asia for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) investing across Asia and Australia.

Libby Langtry is Vice President, Capital Markets at Forum Partners. She is responsible for all Capital Markets activities in Asia. Previously, Libby has held positions at AMP Capital and ING Real Estate. She has a diploma in Financial Markets from Kaplan Professional.

Frank Ianni
Senior Development Manager

Frank Ianni is a Senior Development Manager for AMP Capital Property, responsible for delivering Quay Quarter Tower, a $2.5 billion premium office building at Circular Quay, Sydney.

Since joining AMP Capital in 2008, Frank has worked on commercial, industrial and mixed use projects including 200 George Street, Sydney a $800 million office development, the recent $1 billion 100,000m2 commercial building acquisition of the Australian Technology Park, anchored by CBA, rezoning of major land parcels in Sydney and Brisbane, delivery of a 20,000m2 office building in Brisbane, and securing the Stage 2 DA in Sydney’s East Circular Quay for a premium 5 star hotel and high end residential.

Frank commenced his property career in agency and valuation before joining development groups IPM and CRI working on major mixed use developments which included the Chatswood Transport Interchange, a major infrastructure re-development incorporating retail, residential and commercial.

Frank’s experience spans across all facets of the development process from inception to completion.
