ANREV endorses the INREV Standard Data Delivery Sheet in Asia. The INREV Standard Data Delivery Sheet aims to standardise the information exchanged between a fund manager and an investor. Based on a principle similar to the Due Diligence Questionnaire, fund managers will be able to enter their fund details in a standardised template, which they can then send to their investors. It captures the most essential quantitative data that investors would like to receive from their managers on a quarterly basis.
INREV has collated feedback received from members since the launch of the SDDS in October 2012. After months of in depth feedback in 2016 from the members and the support of a dedicated focus group of industry experts we are pleased to present an update of the SDDS, known as Version 3.1.
An updated version of the SDDS 3.1 is now available for members together with a full implementation kit.
This version brings with it a sleek new design and strengthened definitions that are now fully aligned with the latest INREV Guidelines on performance measurement and fee and expense metrics. The updated definitions also match the latest global reporting standards efforts, which INREV, NCREIF, PREA and ANREV are taking forward together.
Version 3.1 is set to take SDDS to the next level of usefulness and practicality. It includes two dashboards that provide at a glance views of the activity and performance of the reported vehicles.
To ensure that members have enough time to transition between versions, the transition deadline has been set to 1 July 2017.
