Unconscious bias:  why does diversity & inclusion matter?

ANREV’s Diversity Network in collaboration with ULI’s the Women’s Leadership Initiative and RICS are hosting “Unconscious bias: why does diversity & inclusion matter?” session at the offices of Clifford Chance.

Bias can easily shape our view of the world, it can impact how people relate, as well as influence the choices we make as leaders, so how do we tackle unconscious bias? What are the implications for organizations if not addressed? And where do the benefits lie?

We are pleased to welcome Angela Mackay, from the Financial Times, to lead the discussion among a panel of Investors, fund managers and senior industry advisors, who will share their thoughts and insights. Come and join the conversation!
