latest results of the 2018 ANREV Management Fees and Terms survey

 

ANREV is pleased to invite you to a breakfast briefing in Seoul on 6 November 2018.

During the breakfast briefing by Amélie Delaunay, Director of Research and Professional Standards will present;

  2. Provide an overview of the management fees and terms for non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific, focus will be given on TER ( Total Expense Ratio) and REER ( Real Estate Expense Ratio)
Due Diligence Questionnaire
The INREV Due Diligence Questionnaire assists investors and consultants in the due diligence process to understand a fund manager’s structure, strategy and non-listed real estate business. It also gives insight in a specific vehicles’ strategy, risk processes, management, terms and projected performance.
The DDQ was updated in July 2018.

Asia Pacific Management Fees and Terms Study 
This study compares and analyses the fees associated with the management of non-listed real estate investment funds in the Asia Pacific region. The report is based on the regional study conducted by ANREV during summer 2018.

  Amélie Delaunay
Director of Research & Professional Standards

Amélie is responsible for the development and implementation of ANREV's Research, Performance Measurement and Professional Standards programme in Asia.

Amélie has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong real estate consulting background initially with Ernst & Young. She has been based in Asia for more than 10 years.

Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she was awarded a post graduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning and Real Estate, Amelie also has an Advanced Master's Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
